Zoie did an AMAZING job with Milo! we had never seen her before but she made Milo feel welcomed and he left SOOO fluffy and clean. Thank you zoie!!!

I live in Saratoga Springs and this is the closest store to me till the one here opens. Customer service is horrible, no matter how nice you are or go there it seems like no one wants to help you. I don't think I have seen one person smile at this store.

This was our first time taking koda. I didn't ask for a shorkie haircut, just a short one for everything to grow back even and they did a great job. They brushed his teeth and cut his nails too. He was quite handsome. They groomers were all so nice and attentive to koda! That meant the most to me.
