I’ll always take my car to PK Auto because they make me feel heard. It’s tough being a woman when you have car troubles, and I’ve had bad experiences in the past with mechanics scamming me since I don’t know anything about cars. Ever since I started bringing my car to PK they have never made me doubt their advice. They are incredibly kind, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Thanks, guys (:

Joe did an excellent job on my car tracking down the source of an electrical issue (Broken wire in a wiring harness) that I wasn’t able to solve on my own. Scheduling the appointment was easy…. The charge was reasonable and I’m glad I took it to them instead of endlessly throwing parts at it hoping one of them would eventually fix it. They also cleared up a bunch of other codes and issues while they were at it and offered suggestions for another battery sensor that while simple to replace is an expensive and not overly crucial concern. So glad I didn’t take it to the dealer. Heavens only knows where that would have landed me. !! I will definitely return should the need arise and won’t hesitate pointing others their direction either.

This is the best, most fairly priced auto mechanic shop around! The owner Andrew really goes above and beyond to educate and take care of his customers. The waiting room is very clean and well-decorated. Wait time is also very quick. We will be coming here again!
