I’ve been going to this cash wash for just over 2 years now and I’ve never had to wait. I have a monthly pass and I’m always able to get right in and out within 5mins or so. They did take out their service drying line but just recently put in self service vacuums which I think is better than having the option to pay someone to dry your car. There are plenty of vacuums their spots allow you to dry your car off while vacuuming it. Amazing addition to the car wash. They usually stay open even if the weather has rain in the forecast and only close when it’s constantly pouring rain which is so nice because it allows you to run your car through the wash even if it’s drizzling and you just want to quickly get the salt or mud off your car. Highly recommend this car wash.

The new free vacuums are amazing! This place has always had great customer service and my car always comes out clean, but the vacuums are a game-changer.

Staff and management were friendly. But I would not recommend using their car was unfortunately. I noticed during my last wash Saturday 6/30/24 the vertical brushes spinning way too fast and swinging violently out of control. Instead of washing my truck it was left with several nicks, dings and scratches all along my drivers side and tailgate. I am canceling my membership and going back to Shiney Shell. Wash quality at Mr. car is mediocre at best but now I have to have body and paint work done to my truck that will cost me thousands to restore. If I were you I would not was your car here. They don't maintain their equipment well enough to prevent damaging your vehicle.

Don't ever go in the outside lane of the drive through, 5 cars came through the inside lane before they said anything. Then I get snapped at when I say hello are you there?! Will never go to this macshack again, I'll go out of my way to go to a different one.

Advertised as a very nice car wash, but I found that it was a very subpar experience. My vehicle was still dirty after the wash. They don't provide towels to dry your vehicle because the machine doesn't do it for you. I felt like it missed washing the entire top of my vehicle. I would highly recommend Shiny Shell car wash if you have one near you.

They advised they had vacuum and interior cleaning. When I arrived there was none of that. The individual who was "guiding" me in stood in the dark with the sun in my eyes I could not see him at all. It was so far the worse car wash experience I have ever had

They are under construction, but still advertising as open..had to re route into lots of traffic just to find out they were actually closed-Frustrating!

They don't have vacuums - just an inconspicuous sign that says "free vacuums coming soon" - and still have the gall to charge $10 for the most basic wash. Literally didn't realize until I was done with the wash, because why would I expect a car wash to not have them?
Eta: After I got home, I noticed the exterior of the car wasn't even clean - covered in streaks and the wash didn't get all the dirt. I washed it myself.

My car was scratch by this car wash. My car is an important investment. I know every inch of it and care for it daily. They told me the scratch was already there. That absolutely is not true. I had to have it repaired and painted. DO NOT sign up for their titanium coating option. It leaves a horrible milky white film on your car. I now have to spend hundreds of dollars to have it detailed and corrected.
