Was having the worst day as my car was stolen and had no hope in anyone or any person till i met Michael and the manager. not even knowing my situation they treated me so good and like family and got me right into another carWords can't ever express how grateful I am for them! Came in today to get financed, Tracy made it smooth explained everything to me, gave me multiple options and was able to get me in the vehicle I preferred! Thanks Tracy you made my first car buying experience at a dealership, great! I will recommend markosian auto to anyone I know looking to buy a car!Had to do an update on my review and was hoping to avoid this. But I had reached out to the individual who helped me with the car I'm currently leasing, via email 4 days after driving the car off the lot. It was in regard to some concerns I had about the vehicle's interior I had sent photos to the salesman to explain that I wanted to point these issues out, mainly to avoid being blamed for what I'd consider possible damage. Also to express a slight disappointment in how the vehicle's interior was addressed (or lack of) before being leased/sold. Well I gave it 8 days and still haven't received a response from Tracy! I'll be honest I feel like once the down-payment was received and paperwork signed, they had zero regard for anything after that. This dealership neglected to address the interior so blatantly when I got a chance to vacuum and clean it out myself I literally found drug paraphernalia in it. I could've faced criminal charges if I was to be pulled over and consented to a search. Really just a heads-up to give a very thorough look at the vehicle before leaving that lot. Oh yeah the car I got is a 2019 cadillac cts low miles so I kind of gave the benefit of the doubt that a dealership would have a vehicle this new or any vehicle at that to be as flawless as possible before letting it leave the lot. Unfortunate that it came to this but do your due diligence on any vehicle you decide to take an interest in from Markosian.
