My work vehicle was overheating so I had it towed to this dealership and they've had it for a week and can't tell me what's wrong with it. They haven't even done a diagnostic on it. I call them constantly and all they ever tell me is they are working towards my vehicle. Why are they by appointment only if they don't even look at the vehicle they were suppose to look at, at said time. I could've taken to another mechanic and gotten fixed by now. I'm absolutely do not recommend taking you vehicles here. Worst customer service ever!

On the third month trying to get service department to address rattle in dash and seat belt adjuster for brand new Lincoln. They've ordered wrong part, can't get a loaner (strangely went from \\\"next\\\" to \\\"third\\\" on waiting list), and won't return calls. If zero stars were possible, that's what they have earned. The Bountiful dealership is worse somehow. This is not the luxury Matthew McConaughey was talking about - certainly NOT all right. All right? All right! It would be a lot cooler if it was.

Save yourself and avoid Larry H. Miller. Their sales individuals will do anything to get you into a vehicle. They manipulate and lie to receive kickbacks. They pressure you to trade in your vehicle at the lowest price possible. They don't care about getting you into the right vehicle, they only care about getting you into the most expensive one.Jessica Johnson is one of the most despicable sales representatives I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Jessica didn't know any of the basic questions I asked and she seemed annoyed when I asked and even suggested that I looked online. Again, these were basic questions like ,"How much can this tow?"Do not give them your business, they genuinely don't care about you.

The worst service! I just talked to a service advisor that told me twice "I don't know" when I asked why someone gave me the wrong information and what am I supposed to do without a car until they can get me in. Both times were "I don't know"This isn't the first bad experience with them, but it'll be the last.

We are leasing a 2020 Navigator and I get better service at Toyota with a 2015 FJ. Terrible communication. Took in the Navigator for an oil change and they told me I needed $1,300 worth of service on a 2 year old vehicle. I made the mistake of agreeing only to pick up the car and the oil light was still on! They hadn’t bothered to change the oil so I had to take car back in.

these people are crooks worst service department I've ever seen Dustin the so called manager doesn't know how to do any job . it's no wonder that department sucks so bad with him running the place. Beware stay away!!!

This company deserves a negative 5-star rating. They were incredibly unhelpful. I don't even ask much. Talk to me like a normal person and not a target. Once you sell me a car (magically), I'm immediately forgotten. No one cares about any problems. You can't get ahold of your original salesperson. It just doesn't matter. They truly give the name that used car salesmen deserve. I gave them another shot (dumb of me, I know) and it was just as bad. I've found somewhere else where I will be buying all of my cars from. Thank you for nothing, LHM! I guess when you have a monopoly, more or less, you can do as you like. Just ONCE I want to find a company that cares about customers.

Had a great experience with Collin as our salesman and Tyler in finance department purchasing our new Navi. They were great to work with. Fun way to spend a few hours on a Saturday. Felt pretty honest and simple. I’ll update here when we’ve used the service department and loaner car service.

We brought our car in April of 2022 because it needed a part for the transmission. We were told it would be about a month and they would call us when it came in to schedule. Well about 2 months later we called and we're told that they part was in back order and it would be a few more months! So about 3 months later we called again and we're told it was still on back order and that a lot of people we're waiting for the part. About 10 months after the original order we called again and we're told that we just had to wait! Then a year later in April 2023 I called because the car was starting to have issue when driving and was told that they would call and get one sent in sooner and to call back in 2 weeks. We called back about 3 weeks later and we're told that they still didn't have ti part and that I was lying because they could t get parts sooner! Well that's what I was told by a manager. Then I was told that someone no longer needed one that was ordered so we could have it. We came in on Thursday and no one knew why we're were there and after we were sent from one building to another for 20 minutes the less than confident gentleman said "we will figure it out and it will be done about 3:00 and we will call you. Well 5:00 rolls around and no call so I call them and the car isn't done but will be the next day! So the next day about 11 they call and day say it's done so we go to pick it up. I go into the same building that I was in last when dropping it off and they say " your in the wrong place go to this building" so I go to the other building and they say "we don't have a car for you go to the guys over there" so I go talk to some other guys and they say " we don't have your ca are you sure you left it here?" Well of course I'm sure so I see the car and point to it and say " it's right there"! They say " oh that's not your car!" Well yes it was so then they send me to the first building I went into and after pointing the car out they finally give me the keys! Just praying they actually repaired the car since they didn't seem to even know they had it! This place is very unprofessional and we definitely won't be back!!

I am so happy with the service here. I had a recall issue completed and they put me on an Uber for free. They also returned my vehicle to me through a delivery service. I didn't even ask for this service, I didn't pay anything for the recall, and they put forth their own money to get me home and get my car to me. I live pretty far from the dealership too! So impressed!

They sold me a car which leaks EVERY fluid it has. The power steering pump failed within the week, the engine main bearing is failing and rapidly leaking oil. The dealership put in the wrong type of coolant, the rear sway bar links were a rattling disaster, and the transmission kick down cable was horribly out of spec causing hard shifting and subsequent damage.

In October a Ford edge I bought from this company tranny went bad. it took them all the way to the week of Thanksgiving for them to fix the tranny, transmission mount and a broken transfer case, which after the powertrain warranty covered, I still ended up forking out $1400 Then in February, the just replaced tranny went out. They gave me a song and dance that they had to prove to the company they got the tranny from it was bad. I was then told my tranny would be here March 18th. and I have not heard anything since. If you value your money and time, do not buy or take your car here

NEVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE. They are sheisters! They try to add bogus fees and mark ups other dealers don't add. They constantly remind you they control the order in which people receive new vehicles when they're on back order. (I.e give the new vehicles coming in to people who pay their bogus fees and mark ups regardless of if they ordered after another person.) These crooks do not care about you or your experience with them. They just want to collect as much of your money as possible. No wonder Ford is looking to close all dealers and go direct to consumers! They don't want to be associated with these thieves. Their GM Phil is the biggest crook of them all and all the salesmen take after his lead! If I could give negative stars I would.
