I had my wedding ring (almost 18 years old) repaired when the diamond fell out. I took in the diamond and ring and they told me the amethysts had also chipped/cracked. He was surprised at the good condition with the age of the the ring that those hadn't come out. They had to build up the prongs to reset the diamond and added new amethysts. It was like a new ring, the work was so beautiful! So happy I took it here for repair.

A prong on my wedding ring broke so I brought it to JP Lee. They did a great job, at a fair price and very quickly! They were also so kind and serviceable. I will definitely be coming back next time I have jewelry needs. Thank you!

John did an incredible job with this one. He worked super quickly and got us an unbeatable price. The box was cute, the whole experience was quite amazing. So much better than going with those big chain stores. Definitely worth checking out.

I took my wedding ring in from my ex. Beautiful ruby and diamond antique. He was supposed to enlarge it so that I could wear it on my right hand. I was told that he would make a break and fill it in with gold. Instead he stretched it and smeared gold all over it. I would not be able to have it fixed because of the mess that was made! It still fits my ring finger and not my right hand! Mr. Lee was endorsed by a friend but I will not give his name as a great jewelryjewler

Now that I’ve had the chance to propose, I thought I would share my experience at JP Lee. I came here on the recommendation of my sister, we were tired of the chain jeweler stores, they lacked the personal aspect. That is why I’m glad I heard about this wonderful shop. I had a great experience with the owners, they are so kind and genuine people. They helped my girlfriend and I find the perfect rings and boy oh boy did we find the perfect rings. They’re gorgeous! Also, the prices are super affordable, and They we’re willing to work with me to find something beautiful within my budget. I can’t recommend them enough.Pros-price-owners-selection-beautiful ring box-very personalCons-after thinking on it, I couldn’t find anything so, none!TL;DRIf you’re tired of the chain shops, come here you will NOT regret it.

My experience is having spent an enjoyable 30 minutes having Mike evaluate my design choice and figuring out how to make my mother's ring, which is over 60 years old contemporary and beautiful. I said I wanted to use as many of the stones as possible to which Mike replied, "I love that!" I'm going to see my ring in a little over a month so I'll let you know then about my experience. But the design consultation made me smile!?

My husband and I went here ring shopping 10 years ago because my husbands family has always gone there and know the owners personally. I didn’t think much of it at 21 years old and just “did as told” ha! But I am so happy we did! I love my ring and band SO much still to this day! if I’ve ever had a problem (due to my own actions, like accidentally scraping it on ice) they have fixed it perfectly and quickly. My husband recently surprised me with a new center diamond during a “cleaning” and Jon and his wife helped keep the surprise perfectly! I’ve sent a few friends and neighbors their way and they’ve raved about how much they loved their experience at J.P Lee! Honest, phenomenal work, and great pricing all while supporting a family owned business! Can’t beat it!
