Jennyfer was referred to my brother by a friend. My brother referred her to me and stated that he really liked her and that she worked hard to get him a loan. She has worked with me over the last few months getting me approved for my loan. She has came up with solutions for the few obstacles that arose. She is very knowledgeable and helped me and my siblings sell and buy my childhood home. After the purchase of the home, she continues to assist me with rental, cleaning, and remodeling. She is all around super knowledgeable regarding all aspects of a home. Someone once told me, "Lean on the loan officer for help, she is the expert." Working with Jennyfer, has proven that statement to be true. I greatly appreciate all of her help!

Jennyfer is the best! She helped us drop our interest rate ~1.4%, saving us $600+ per month. She was great to work with, super responsive, and really knows what she's doing. She knows how to approach things from different angles to get the best result. For real. I don't think we could have made it happen without her. COVID-19 even provides new hoops to jump through, but Jennyfer didn't miss a beat. She's my go-to girl from now on, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Jenn is simply the best to work with when it comes to mortgages. Period. If you’re reading this then there isn’t any reason to continue searching - you’ve just found the best mortgage specialist in Utah.
We were on a very tight deadline but there was never a moment where I felt like she didn’t have our backs. Hyper communicative, available at all hours, countless stupid questions answered, and an expert at taming mortgage chaos, Jenn provided the backbone stability we needed to close on our house. The explanation we got on all documents required and the process behind everything left zero doubt in our minds.
However, the icing on the cake was her infectious, unwavering positive attitude. We were under a tight deadline to close on our house and while we had many stressful moments, Jenn was there with unwavering confidence and a perpetually positive attitude that kept clarity in times that felt distressed. As an example, to accommodate our work schedules, we had numerous 9pm or later phone calls to review financial documents. No matter the hour, Jenn was patient, remarkably cheerful, and emphatically helpful as she guided us through the process.
To top things off, I also discovered that Jenn is not only a mortgage specialist but a financial engineer. She provided a range of initial monthly estimates that we’d be expecting to pay based on our financial situation. However, as we got to closing, she crafted a way to get our monthly payments to nearly 20% lower than what we were expecting.
While we’ve only just closed on this house, we are actively planning on additional home purchase. I can say with certainty that we’ll be leveraging Jenn’s incredible wit and attitude for future ventures.

As a first time home buyer, Jenn has been phenomenal to deal with. We established a very clear system of communication and she was always available to contact for questions and made sure to guide me through the loan process. She even took my call while out of the country on vacation - wow, talk about putting the customer first!! Not only was she informative but she was supportive and always made sure I was comfortable with our next steps, laying out in order what I needed to do to help her with the process - I never once felt pressured by her. To be honest, because of Jenn's knowledge and effort, it was easier to buy a home than switch phone carriers! To top off the experience and her quality care, she made sure to be present for the title loan and stayed till we were done. She even gave me an adorable care package for my home! Even after this process, she still remains available for last minute questions and clarifications, as I tie up lose ends. Thank you for being so amazing, flexible and supportive through the process. You're the BEST!

Jennyfer was fantastic! She was completely helpful with every step of being a first time homebuyer. Any stupid question I had she took time to explain in fully and make sure it made sense to me. Another great quality was that if she wasn’t at the office when I had a question, she would give me a timeframe of when she would answer my questions and ALWAYS got back to me.
