Excellent service. Monica went above and beyond to help correct a major disaster that occurred when I took my car to another auto shop to have my coolant flushed. I needed to replace my engine because the service tech at the other auto shop I took my car to didn’t know what he was doing and ruined my engine. Monica went the extra mile, took pictures and contacted the Service Manager. The outcome was positive. The other auto shop ended up replacing my engine. If Monica had not gone to bat for me, I highly doubt the outcome would have been the same. I would give 10 stars if there was an option to do so. Thank you so much!

Anytime we need expertise and honesty, Jake's is the place we go. Their diagnostics and estimates are thorough and accurate and presented with pictures. The office staff is helpful and courteous.

Traveled in from out of town with a broken air conditioner. Could not find a new one to replace it and spent 3 hours going far and beyond in search of one. Coming in on a holiday weekend to receive an overnight shipment and completing the installation first thing Monday morning. Fantastic and amazing people! And have not charged us more than is reasonable! In fact, haven't charged us what they should have! Highly recommend!
