I had a great experience getting a cosmetic repair done on my Highlander. I'd been fighting problems with my front rubber grill guard for years. It finally ripped completely off. They kept me updated as the car repair progressed. I knew costs up front. They were done in the timeframe they promised. My car was so clean and nice when I picked it up. The repair looks amazing. I'm 10 out of 10 impressed with them.

Valley Collision was the currently communicative and helpful while repairing our car. They did a beautiful job on the repairs and the car looks great. They had the car back to us faster than scheduled and texted us with regular updates. They took care of all of the paperwork and billing with our insurance company. Very happy with our experience overall.

My wife had the unfortunate experience of having her car get into a significant accident recently. we looked up reviews and chose Valley collision for the repair. We were met by Bruce who gave us the initial walk-through and what to expect during the repair process. They were very efficient and timely with their updates on how the repair was going and contacted us frequently to let us know how things were proceeding. We are hoping not to have to use their services again, but if we need another auto body shop, this will be our choice!
