We got by multiple people we had to buy an item before we could hold it. So we bought these chairs then realized they didn’t fit in the car with the couch and then we were told that they couldn’t hold the chairs because we and I quote “had already bought them” we were told the complete opposite buy two different workers. There were only two of us, we didn’t have anyone else and we have a whole couch to move. Very frustrated with the whole staff of this location being very rude and not giving us any options and misleading us. We have now had to come to this location 4 times today due to the terrible customer service. The staff at this location needs to get better alighted with the policies before telling people things that are not true.

I love shopping at the store, but this particular time that we went in it was extremely busy and it was hard to find the exit because you basically have to go through the entire store just to get out and then we decided to eat lunch, but the line was super long, so we skipped that. And I’m claustrophobic so I had some anxiety issues trying to get out of the store but overall it’s a nice store.

Love IKEA as a whole, but when self-checkout is the only option AND they do mandatory 'randomly' selected checks, where the cashier has to come and re-scan EVERY ITEM you have scanned, the wait times in the checkout line become obnoxious. Do better.

Pick up service is fantastic and deserves 5 stars. The Cafe runs out of food, my kids live pretzels but they are always sold out. Could use some work

Terrible!!!! Came into the store, paid for what we wanted. Went to pick it up (since they have changed it so half of the stuff you can't just go grab your boxes like you could before). We have now been waiting for the things we already paid for to be brought out for almost an hour now. If you can't get people's belongings out to them in a decent amount of time you should have just kept it where we go get our own boxes, pay and leave.

It's always a blast to come to IKEA! It was our first time at this location, but it was clean and the customer service was good! Lots of variety in decor, and we always love to look at the displays that have been set up for home inspo :) Lunch was delicious, you can't go wrong with the meatballs! Only negative was that lots of the grab and go lunch options (like the salads and wraps) were out in the cafeteria when we came through, but it was at lunch time and the food we recieved was very good! Still absolutely worth visiting.

I keep coming back to IKEA for my furniture. It's cute, sturdy and a great price. I've found it is the best quality for the price. With 5 kids, we're hard on furniture, but IKEA seems to hold up. The best part is the resale. When I'm done, the furniture always sales fast and I get most my money back.

Two of the items I ordered needed to be picked from the warehouse. It took them well over an hour to pick the items. There were only 3 customers ahead of me waiting for items. I have no idea why it took so long but there was a general lack of urgency in getting my order fulfilled.

Literally the worst experience. Got to the return area after driving 30 minutes and she refused to help me anymore cause it was after 8:45 now because she was helping someone else while I was sitting there waiting. Rudest lady and not good customer service at all, wish I had got her name. If I could give 0 stars for how she treated me I would.

Salmon
This is a review only about their salmon. I wasn’t expecting much. The gel coming off of it was gross and I only took one bite of it.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with IKEA’s customer service. Before bringing a partially assembled item to the store for a return, I spoke with Customer Service to ensure that I would be able to return it without issues. They assured me it would be fine, and I also completed the return steps online with no problems.
However, getting the item to the store was a significant challenge. It barely fit in my vehicle, causing damage to the interior in the process. When I finally arrived at the store, the customer service representative there informed me that she could not accept the return. This was exactly the situation I had hoped to avoid by confirming with Customer Service beforehand.
I immediately contacted Customer Service again from my car, and they confirmed that the store should have accepted the return. Despite this, they were unable to help me without me taking the item back home, which was physically impossible given the difficulty I had bringing it in the first place.
I then spoke with someone on the phone who relayed the situation to the store manager. Despite multiple confirmations from various customer service representatives that my return should have been accepted, the manager seemed indifferent and offered no resolution. The lack of communication between IKEA’s central customer service and their stores is incredibly frustrating and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Currently, there is no resolution, and I have no way to contact the store manager without going back in person, which I am unable to do for the next month. This entire experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I hope IKEA addresses these communication issues to prevent other customers from going through similar ordeals.
