I grew up in a shop owned by my parents, I learned how to treat people with respect and how to work hard for those who are paying you for a service. As such I tend to always feel hesitant to trust my vehicles with others, not to mention there are so many shops out there that do in fact take advantage of folks. However tires are one thing I cannot take on myself as I don’t have the equipment so I made an appointment at this location per suggestion of an online tire retailer. From the moment I walked into the door I had a great impression of the place. Sam, at the front counter, was as pleasant as one could be at 7am. The shop, itself, looked well organized and clean — something that is less common and more important than you’d think. And while waiting for my tires to be mounted I overheard a couple phone calls with customers where it was clear that the customer’s best interests were at heart.
So while I don’t require visits to tire shops often, I will definitely keep this location in mind the next time I do. It was a short, routine visit but I saw enough to feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

Just went in and had them check a tire I had that kept losing air. My guy Harrison at the front desk took care of me. Prompt and efficient and professional. Will be back in future

This Hillside tire location is great. They offered the fastest service and best price for swapping tires on my winter wheels. No charge to recycle the tires with M&B cost the same as anywhere else. Saved me $20! Thanks!

Sam and the team at Hillside Tire were absolutely expedient in repairing the hub on my Yukon. I was on the road with friends and needed the repair urgently - it was only 3 hours from phone call to back down the road! Great job team! B Long

This place is super judgmental. I turn in to the parking lot have to wait to move forward because of people leaving the waffle place next door, so I wait then pull in to a park spot turn off my car and reply to a text. I get out of the car only to have a employee come out of Goodyear and tell me I can't park there, okay little weird so I ask why? He says it's for customers only so not understanding what the problem is I say okay so why can't I park here? This man walks over to the sign and slowly reads while pointing "customer parking only". I still don't see a problem so he tells me if I want waffles I have to park elsewhere. So without any reason or justification this man tells me to leave because as a customer I can't park in customer parking. So I recommend the les schwab just down the road they won't stop the job there doing to walk out and harass you for parking in their customer parking.

Hillside tire is awesome! With fast and friendly service. I received an alarming alert in my Tesla while driving “dangerously low tire pressure” Luckily Hillside was just 2 minutes from my location. They got me right in and fixed my tire within 10 minutes– which had some sort of screw in it. Thank you hillside and the guys who helped me, you saved the day! I highly recommend hillside tire ❤️

Best customer service I’ve experienced with car repairs. They did multiple tests on our car to see what the problem really was instead of brushing it off like it was a freak thing that happened. They found the problem and took great care of us.

Went to have our brakes replaced because we thought it was time, went to this location because it said they were the least busy even though they were 20 minutes out of our way. They took the car back and let us know that our brakes were totally fine and didn't need replacing and assured us there was no safety concern. Because of this we have enough money to go on our family trip that we had canceled due to having to pick between brakes or trip. They were honest and answered all of our questions, gave us a complimentary drink, and sent us on our way. This location is fantastic and when the actual time to replace our brakes finally comes around we'll be making the drive out here to let them do it. Thanks so much for getting us back on the road quickly!
