I got my curtain bangs trimmed at this location and they completely botched it. They are not connected or even at all. It looks like they just cut it straight. The people were nice but the hair cut was garbage. I will not be returning. I have a friend who shared a similar story at the same location and hers was even worse. Neither of us will be returning to this location if it was the last hair salon on the planet. It wasn’t just one employee but we went to the other stylist to cut my siblings hair when they botched the bangs. We went to the other stylist and although she was able to slightly fix the bangs when we got home we realized they were still just as messed up as before if not worse. We are now having to go to a different stylist to fix this mess. Terrible haircuts overall.

This is freaking horrible! I showed the picture,what kind of hair cut my son want….and….i need to fix this at home,because all head was with “stairs”… The back of the head is at a different level and is skewed and curved...nightmare

Barely gave me a haircut had to go somewhere else to fix it after paying full price. Didn't bother to make it look even at all. The draper locations are awful and the service and attitude is crazy for a salon

I got my hair cut there this evening, & am really happy with the result. I highly recommend Tammy. I showed her some pics of the of type of style that I wanted, & that's exactly what I received. My hair is long, straight, & fine. My haircut involved trimming the ends, creating light layers towards the front of my face, & trimming (& reshaping) my overgrown side swept bangs. Tammy was really friendly, she didn't rush, she gave me some helpful styling tips, & never tried to push me to buy products- but, she did help me select a styling product when I asked her what she'd recommend. I left there completely satisfied with my haircut, & the overall experience. I'll definitely be going back to her in the future.

I'm giving 5 stars only because I know the damage bad reviews can do to a business and it's not fair to the other people there. Just a quick note the young man there really gave me a pretty bad. Ok really bad hair cut.. for guys your only 2 weeks out from a bad haircut but this was exceptionally funny.. he may need to go back to school for a minute.. I've been there before.. always happy this time not so much...

They kicked my SERVICE DOG out mid-hair cut. I explained she's a service dog for my seizures and autism but the manager didn't give a shit. VERY RUDE and unprofessional. My stylest, apologies I didn't get your name, was so nice tho. But the fact the MANAGER kicked my service dog out, which is VERY illegal. I'm contacting HR and even the department of Justice cuz this is just ridiculous, illegal and very discriminating against me and my disables. I've had now 6 seizures since the incident, which is VERY abnormal for me, usual is 1 MAX a day. Just unbelievable. Don't go here, I'm begging don't
