I drove 30 minutes to pick an item up that they said they had in stock. The person on the phone obviously didn’t check because they did not have the item. Very frustrating and easily preventable.

We went in looking for back splash and found tons of choices! Beautiful glass mosaics and also some intriguing ceramic tile. Good prices on the ceramic! Some new tiles have been added and they're quite creative. You should go see for yourself, especially in the rear of the store .

Designing a bathroom stresses me out. Luckily I ran into Courtney today. Our vanity, shower and floor was all picked within thirty minutes! Easiest and soon to be best bathroom I have put together. I am so grateful for her help!
Update: Always check your online order you pick up. I did an online order and picked it up. Had my installer install the tile. Turns out they gave us two different tiles that were close enough that my installer didn’t notice until it was done. Unfortunately I didn’t install it for several months. Went to floor and decor and they discontinued the tile. I have two extra boxes so hopefully I can fix the mistake. They gave me a partial refund which also helps pay for the repair
