I went to my first class this morning. Shayne was extremely helpful! The workout pushed me harder than I could do on my own. The other people working out were extremely friendly. It felt like a great community of people cheering each other on. Definitely recommend!!

When you can’t find your own motivation find a team to help lift you up! Love my Fit Factory team. In a short period of time I have seen amazing results mentally and physically. I would NEVER work this hard at home and put in the same effort. Amazing people, amazing gym, amazing results!
