Literally the best experience I’ve had shipping a package. Went to UPS they couldn’t service came to FedEx and they handled it like a pro.

The WORST service I’ve ever received! The team members sent a package to the wrong address and wrong name- their response was unapologetic and smug. I was blown away at how rude the manager was… don’t go to this location!

Warning! FedEx is a disaster—it’s rotting from the top.I paid $262.00 to ship a MacBook in the original packaging (that FedEx Draper inserted into FedEx packaging & applied a FedEx-printed label) to meet the return window for a full refund. FedEx did not deliver it on time. FIVE WEEKS after the promised delivery date, and after I chased and chased FedEx a dozen times, they finally admitted they had LOST the package.Then FedEx put me through (this is no exaggeration) an additional NINE WEEKS of a clown show as I tried to resolve compensation.The process amounted to 27 phone calls & emails to get FedEx to agree to reimburse me (I documented every action I took).FedEx finally sent me an acknowledgment that they would compensate me according to the amount insured (unfortunately, less than what I would have received had they simply delivered the laptop).Until today—3 months since charging me $262.00—I have not received their reimbursement. Yesterday, FedEx (a global logistics company?) told me: “The check we sent to you got lost in the mail.”If you care about the delivery of your package, please trust anyone BUT FedEx!Note:1) FedEx refused to use a simple ACH transfer.2) FedEx refused to deliver the check by FedEx (“We can only use USPS.”) Apparently, they also don’t trust FedEx.3) FedEx obviously has a thief in their logistics chain who saw the destination “Apple” and knew it was a MacBook. Easy picking.3) Not a single one of the dozens of people I spoke to in FedEx apologized or took personal responsibility to resolve this simple matter.4) When I travel between airports and see FedEx planes spread around the tarmac of so many airports I marvel at what a huge disaster they have become under their current CEO.

I just had the worst experience here. I just needed a couple things printed off and stapled on nice paper. The man brushed me off and told me to use the self serve. He acted like I was completely disrupting his day for my insignificant request. As a small business owner customer is what I value most. I will gladly be going elsewhere to have all my printing needs done.

I've been here several times for some larger items (200-300 in printing, international shipping, etc.) They've always seemed a bit overpriced, but not enough to look elsewhere as the location is frequently "on the way" from my house.Today I needed a single black-and-white page copied onto cardstock. The girl at the front said their stock wasn't quite as heavy as mine, I said fine. I was expecting something like "copier 2 is open, stock is in tray 3, here's the dongle", but there was no conversation. She simply picked up the paper and walked away. I'm thinking fine, nice service, easier than ringing up a copier for one print.I waited 3+ minutes (a long time for one copy). I only had a debit card with me and was looking at the product wall in case there was a minimum charge. I had settled on $2.50 for a hole punch.She comes back, rings up $1.42 for the print, $2.50 surcharge for a custom job behind the counter, $4.20 with tax. For 1 b&w copy on cheap stock. It should have been 50 cents, which means i was expecting twice that. I was flabbergasted. She said the surcharge was relatively new but mandatory. Mind you there was never a "would you like to do that yourself or have us do it?" query, no prior notice of a surcharge, no conversation at all. And since when is one straight copy a custom print job, regardless of which side of the counter the copy machine is placed?This was an employee doing as she was trained. This isn't her fault. This is policy. 1000% markup on paper is one thing (65lb cardstock is $25/250 retail across the street). When no choice is offered over self/custom service that's a scam. I can't believe I paid $4.20 for a single copy. (I'm old enough that I remember nickel Xerox at the library.) Never again. You've permanently lost my business. I hope the $3.50 gouge was worth it. I have 2 international packages to send next week. They won't be going with fedex.

I deliberately called this store to make sure I could have a package delivered to their office for me to pick up. The woman I spoke to said "yes we can do that." I asked again, "so if I send a package via ups or usps, you can accept it?" She said yes again. I get a call the next day that they can't accept my overnight package and then took it down the street to a different store that's not even the post office. If it wasn't for the nice man at Postnet, I wouldn't have access to my stuff until 3 days later or it would've been returned to sender and delayed even more. This is terrible service for a shipping center and the woman I spoke with did not care about the situation at all.

Kaylie B was amazing and so helpful! I was frustrated at home, called the store she was willing to help when I came in even though it was very close to closing time. She worked with me to make sure my labels fit the page correctly. She was super friendly and interested in what I was doing - and in doing a good job I was happy with.will come back to do more projects at this location because of her helpful attitude and positive demeanor.
