Just moved to Draper, Utah this year and this is now my go-to auto service place. Enniss Auto Service did me a solid when my car won't start. AAA and Mercedes service center was not much help at all. But, Enniss took my car in as a walk-in and checked it the same day. Whatever they did got my car into a working reliable order. And, they didn't even want to charge me for all of their effort. Outstanding shop because of the people. I will always take my car there first now. And, highly recommended the shop to everyone else.

Having experienced many different mechanics throughout the years I can honestly say this place is top notch. I had a hard to diagnose electrical problem with my truck that they were able to get me in fast and diagnose right away. Super honest and not trying to charge you an arm and a leg like any dealership or lots of mechanics would. I would definitely recommend this place!!

I tried Enniss Auto this for the good reviews and proximity to where I live, unfortunately I was not impressed with the results on my vehicle. (2014 Toyota sienna) The bill was around $450 (oil change, new transmission fluid, new rear breaks) and literally *the day after* I picked it up from here my check engine light came on. I don’t know what the mechanic did but I do not find it coincidental. I originally took it in because of an odd sound coming from under the hood- he said he didn’t find anything “exciting” in regard to any abnormal sounds. I get that you can miss things, but what I’m not impressed with is the check engine light coming on one day after bringing it here. The check engine light was not previously on before bringing it here, and it has never turned on since I’ve owned the vehicle. So my advice is be cautious with any diagnosis done by the folks here, there’s a good chance it’s not accurate, and you could end up leaving with more problems than you started with.

Deeply competent, kind and honest, and they have saved me money, time, and sanity each time I go. I have a poorly manufactured car, and they were able to clearly explain what fixes were needed and why. I've been to plenty of auto-shops that have tried to scam me out of all I'm worth, so Enniss Auto will forever have my patronage.

We're from out of town and my wife was having problems with her vehicle while she was out in the city. I called around to every shop in the area and the soonest anyone could even look at it was five days out. When I described our situation to Wayne, he hopped in his truck, found my wife, got her vehicle to his shop, and got it repaired. You won't find that kind of service anywhere else.

I called 3 places. First: wanted my car for 2 weeks. Second: 2 days. Third was Ennis Auto. Needing a #1 cylinder coil, the Ennis' took me in and got me out fast and cheaper than the first 2 calls. Lovely people. I will be back.

I love this shop! I have an older car that I have been trying to drive into the ground apparently. ?Anyway last year I needed someplace close by, so I thought I would drive my car over to get looked at. They were all super nice and made sure to call me before doing any work on it to make sure it was what I wanted to get done. Plus they are always great at explaining things. I have gotten into cars a little bit and if I have a question they will always answer it.But the number one reason why I will always recommend them is because they don’t take advantage of you. As a women I get used a lot if it is going to an autoparts store or trying to get my oil changed. I’m lucky that I know what they are talking about and can instantly tell if they are just trying to take money from me but want to watch out for other women. The guys at Enniss have always given me the respect I fed and always tell me the truth with what they have done with my car. They give me advice on if I should get a part fixed and never treat me poor if I bring in my car and it’s just a fluid level that’s low.I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come!!!
