Empire Systems installed the AV system is my house as it was being built 3 years ago. I have asked Empire to add some new AV functions and they were completed with in a timely manner. I recently had failure of one part of the AV system and it was fixed in a couple of days. I particularly want to thank Trent for his knowledge and friendly manner resolving the few issues we have had.Bob McLaws

We have been doing an addition to our house and most contractors have either not been showing up or not doing a very good job. Working with empire they were very responsive to every question and very quick with their turnaround times. The guys did a great job installing and cleaning up after themselves. They took the time to show us how to use everything and made sure we were happy.

Empire was fantastic. Great experience with them helping me set up my basement projector and sound system. They helped me find product that performed at a price I could afford. The installation was quick, professional and to my specifications. They even came back when I felt like I needed some adjustments done! They support you until you are satisfied - that’s what I call customer service! Will definitely be using them again!

The team at Empire Systems we're able to track down the exact TVs I was looking for and have them delivered in a quick time! They were prompt with their responses and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with her and we will be back for our future needs!

I’ve been less than impressed with this company. It’s extraordinarily difficult to get in touch with them, and when you do they “have to call you back” which they never do. They’re extremely over priced, they have pushy sales habits, and try to sell you things you don’t need. Probably would never recommend them to a friend.
