I was trying to replace my husband's commuter scooter tube since it had popped and I could not get the tire back on the frame. Another shop recommended I take it to Edge. They have such good customer service! Everyone was super helpful. Ronnie was willing to help me get the tire back on free of charge and then I realized the stem valve was facing the wrong way. I took it off and managed to pinch a hole in the tube in the process. I asked if they would be able to get a solid tire onto the frame so that I wouldn't have to deal with tubes anymore. They had it on by the end of the day, charged me a low cost for the service and I was able to pick it up the next morning. All the while very personable and great customer service. Will definitely go back if I need anything motorsports related. Just all around a great company. Thank you!

Consistently careless and negligent. After 4 attempts over 3 months and multiple mechanics The Edge service department has been unable to return a correctly repaired and fully assembled bike. I didn't realize how bad, and well deserved their bad reputation was until I kept having to tell friends that I had to cancel our trips and rides because The Edge had once again made my bike unrideable. Many people said they stopped taking their bikes to Edge years ago because of consistent issues like inexperienced. Even the store manager said I should not take my bike on a trip after his mechanics had worked on it because you never know how things will go after we work on it. Some of the things the issues I've experienced are: 2x misdiagnosed leak, being charged for parts that didn't need to be replaced, 2x incorrectly installed hose clamps causing major leaks, 2x ferrings only partly attached, tank bolt that was over tightened while still sticking out 1/2", incorrectly installed radiator cap, 2x skipping service ticket items because it was inconvenient for them to address, not calling when the bike was done, stabbing a seat lock stob through my registration papers, and many issues. They could never stick to the timelines they promised and would always say "a mechanic is just working on it now so it will be done tomorrow" but then would not be done after a few days. When I would follow up a few days later I would get the same message. "Tomorrow" lasted about 3 weeks. The lack of care and consistent mistakes was shocking again and again. When I asked them to double check their work they said 2x that they would then the store manager said it was too inconvenient for them to do so. I very strongly recommend not trusting them with your time, money, or equipment.

Came in to get new flags for the 4 wheelers. Came out with much more and even looked at a Razr to add to the collection.

This is where you go when you’re ready to drop big money on new toys and need a dealer close by. It felt like I was annoying the staff since that wasn’t my reason for stopping in.

Horrible customer service anytime I try to spend any money with these guys. Walk in cash in hand to buy a new bike a month ago they told me and they closed in an hour and a half and I'd need to schedule an appointment. Drove to Springville and spent my money with XPS. Guy came in after hours to sell me the bike.

As a grandparent I went into your store and was up front about not knowing much about bikes. I asked the difference between gas and electric. The salesman said the electric only last about 1.5 hours and if you wanted to eventually get him into racing the gas would be a better option. At NO point did the salesman say it would be impossible for my grandson to kick start the bike, in fact he said the opposite that there were many kids my grandson age that have no problem with these bikes. At least at a car dealership you are able to test drive the car before you buy it. Buyers remorse you bet, when the guy in the bike repair shop was trying to start it he had to ask for help and blamed it on a bad leg. I didn't think anything at the time until we got it home and tried to start it. What a joke. They claim we can not return it because it is used now. We have had it for exactly 4 days and it shows 0.2 miles and that was us trying to start the bike. My grandson rode it for exactly 3mins seconds. Unbelievable how a business can sucker someone out of thousands of dollar and then have a flippant oh well it is not returnable attitude. Even on your website it states there is a 15% restocking fee. Which I am sure will be removed after this is submitted. How can there be a restocking fee if there are no returns allowed. Very disappointed as we only went there because of a referral. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Where do I begin? My son has had an electric dirt bike for the past few years and we were looking to get him a gas. When we walked in we asked more information on the bikes and which would be best for him to transition to gas. We were told the electric would be best but also told if he was looking to race or if we wanted gas any of them would be good since all youth dirt bikes are essentially the same. We take full responsibility for not purchasing the electric however since we wanted to put my son in classes and eventually be able to race we stuck with the gas. At NO point in time did anyone explain the difference in a 2 stroke or 4 stroke etc. I had to do my own research to figure all of this out after the purchase. keep in mind the sales man knew that we didn’t know anything about dirt bikes. we were told any of them would be a great fit. After taking the bike home we realized how challenging a 2 stroke would be. After my son’s first ride keep in mind this ride lasted maybe 3 minutes tops. We then contacted Edge today and was told it was our fault for purchasing the bike and there was nothing that could be done since it was used. We were told there was a 30 day return policy and if there was any issues to contact them. I’m so beyond frustrated that we were lied to and told any bike would be great just to make a sale. How is someone to determine a bike would be a great fit without being able to test ride it, or knowing a lot of information on dirt bikes. During the final walk through (after the sale) and being shown how to start the bike we were told my son more then likely wouldn’t be able to start it because they were hard to start. Wouldn’t that be something you would want to go over before the purchase? Especially someone’s FIRST dirt bike?? If you had nothing there that would be a good fit why not say something or recommend somewhere else? Now we are out 5K with a bike my son isn’t comfortable riding. And now being told it was our fault, no accountability was taken what so ever, no apologies for being taken advantage just “I told you the electric bike would be the best option” but you also told us any gas bike would be good for racing which is what we eventually wanted to do. And when I asked if the electric bike would be good for racing, you laughed. I hope you enjoy your commission check while we have to eat the cost. These people have no remorse and will blame you for being the problem. Communication and recommending another option shouldn’t be hard especially if your a decent human being looking out for others.

Pretty much spot on with just about everything. Great service great knowledge great inventory… Every time I go in, it’s a good experience. There’s just one guy that answers the phones that is incredibly condescending and I wish he would just figure it out but other than that this is the place to go.
