NEVER!! Bought a faulty battery/ tried to return. Was told I needed proof of purchase upon running my cards / returned with copies of my debit bill/ then was told they needed to check cord and to come back!!! After 3 store visits I walked out leaving the POS battery. GOODBYE CUSTOMER ?

Usually have a great experience here but the girl helping me wasn't vary knowledgeable and seemed annoyed when asking questions. Top it off she sold me the wrong size of stem for the new piece I just bought from them.
