I have their whole skin care routine and a few perfumes. I being able to use their products and know that they are clean. My favorite scents are core memory and lovely sweet dreams.

I ordered some perfume for my daughter for Christmas and was sent a text for a $50 gift card with purchase of $100. There was no expiration or information on the text just a code, i purchased $100 gift card for her that next day so I could get the $50 gift card and did not get it. I messaged support and was told that that was a promotion and its past. It was the next day when i did the transaction but they refused to honor it for me. It would have been good customer service to honor that for their customer but they would not. I will not be purchasing from them anymore. It also took over a week to get my order and the perfume samples are tiny for $30. They are way overpriced!

I love Dime for many different reasons. One of those is they have the best customer service. I received an incorrect order and they apologized for their mistake and sent out the correct order asap. I have dealt with their customer service several times, and each time they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied.

I really wanted to love this company because they promote clean beauty which is very important to me.Sadly, their customer service and transparency is lacking.I recently ordered their perfume sampler and set it on a shelf (in the box they sent it in, mind you). It fell down onto my carpeted floor and one of the bottles broke. [#1 issue: Poor quality glass bottles.] I let them know what happened and they refused to replace it because it wasn't damaged in transit. Very disappointing since I wasn't able to even sample all the scents. [#2 issue: poor customer service]I also noticed on the packaging that they use synthetic fragrance in addition to the natural fragrance. [#3 issue: synthetic fragrance]. This is NOT listed on their website or else I would not have bought this. This was disappointing as well since they promote "DIME Clean and 100% Transparent" on their website.I would need to see some changes to return to DIME.. I am giving 2 stars because it is cleaner than most perfumes and even though I'm very sensitive to synthetic fragrance theirs didn't bother me.I would like to see greater transparency of ingredients, thicker walled glass bottles, and better customer service.

Ordered the middle of December and still have not received my order...shows being delivered but I never received the order. Said it was delivered Dec 22nd but I have not seen it. Nobody from Dime has tried to reach out to me as to date!

Placed my order almost 1 month ago now. It was a Christmas gift for someone. Tracking shows it’s just sitting in Utah somewhere and has been for 2 weeks. Emails have gone unanswered. I’m very disappointed in this company and from what I see I’m definitely not the only one.

I am a big DIME fan but was super disappointed with my last order. Despite me expedite shipping it, it took about a week and a half to arrive and 3 of my products were missing. Overall unhappy with this purchase.

I am not pleased at all at this point. I placed my very first order on Nov 28th. It shipped Dec 1st, so I was hopeful; however, it showed delivered Dec 11th, but I did not have it. I contacted them immediately, and they asked me to wait until the 17th but could assure me I would have it before Christmas as it was a Christmas gift, and many packages have been showing up two weeks after they shipped. I waited until the 17th, like I was asked, and never received it. I contacted them on the 19th first thing. It took five tries to get a response, and that finally came late afternoon. The order was recreated, and 24 hours later, I just received shipping information stating the expected delivery is Jan 2! Definitely not in time for Christmas, and it definitely will be my only order regardless of how much we may like it. I will find another company to order from. I know the holidays are hard, and things happen, but if you assure someone an order from Nov will arrive in time for Christmas and ask them to wait to see if it shows up and you do not make good on that, what good is your word? I will take my money elsewhere.

I ordered mid November. I never received my order and had to jump through hoops for more than a week with slow customer service to get a refund. After emailing several times, trying the chat feature on the website a few times, I finally had the quickest response via Instagram DM.I was excited to see what all the hype was about, but was left unimpressed and disappointed.

Placed an order in Nov during the Black Friday sale. It showed up damaged and leaking. I’ve sent numerous emails and have been ignored. I was so hopeful and trying to do something nice for myself as a single mom of 5. Seems like this company only cares about influencers, and not every day people who spend what little they have on something special. I am in the process of filing a dispute with my bank, because it seems as if my concern is being ignored. Sad.

All of the shades have pink undertones and doesn't work if you have more yellow undertone to your skin. Please improve your shades. I would buy this monthly if that was improved

I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive it. The customer service was great-they were going to open a claim and send a new order. I have yet to receive either shipment so a few days ago I asked to have it cancelled for my money back and now all of a sudden they won’t return my email. Very very poor service.

I placed an order on November 2nd. It's now the 20th and I dont have it. I've chatted with Ash, Madi, Lex and Kam and still have no answers. I've emailed several times having to explain every single time, which is annoying since you can see the thread. I've used their chat option which is so slow. I just want my money back since I never got the product! I was really excited to try Dime with it being clean but this whole process has been unnecessary and time consuming. Customer team needs some training.

Edited: First, I would like to thank Bri for listening to my concerns and taking care of the situation in one email conversation with me. I appreciate her taking the time to listen and understand my concerns. Again, I love Dime's products and Bri gets 5 stars!! Thank you Bri!!The customer service I have received from Dime is possibly the worst I have ever received. They sent a package uninsured and the package was delivered to another address. The post office has no idea where it was delivered . Tried to submit a claim through USPS and it isn't insured. Contacted Dime and the only response i have received after 3 attempts is a generic message about how sorry they are but you have to wait. it shows it was delivered and the post office is busy. THE POST OFFICE SAID THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING IT IS LOST!!! Dime will only respond with the same 3 paragraph message to all my messages . They don't have a phone number to actually speak to a human. I have had issues with Dime 3 times. The first was a charge for a product they didn't have in stock but charged me for it and then I had to fight to get my money for that non product. To me they do not care about the customer only about getting their money!
