I like that it’s touchless and I’ll probably keep using it; but for some of the chemicals sprayed on at the end, it only sprays the passenger side of my car.

I have been coming here for about 5 years. I bought a car wash and emissions test online and didn’t use my car wash that day because the weather was bad. They gave me a coupon to use at a later time. I drive clear from Saratoga Springs to Sandy to use my coupon and they wouldn’t accept it after I already paid for it!!!!! The girl was very rude and handed me a phone number to call for the complaint line. I called and explained my situation and that girl was even more rude and hung up on me!!! That is not how you treat a loyal customer! I will not be returning, please do not go here!!! Terrible policies and customer service!!!!!

The emissions process was absolutely painless. The option to prepay online made the transaction quick. The workers were very friendly and well-spoken. I will be back!

I was just at Curts Carwash in Draper, filling up a propane tank. I tried to use my free car wash from when I had my emissions done on my car, and I was told they no longer honor them.
I won't do business with a company that doesn't honor their promises.

Curt’s Carwash is always friendly, fast and do an excellent clean. I only come here for on the spot renewals and have always received 5 star customer service.

I got my emissions done here for a great price, quick service from the employees, and a free car wash! This establishment has two different options for a car wash. They have self service and a drive through. The choice is yours!!

Do NOT use this place. The girl who does the safety and emissions at their Draper location does not know what she is doing. She tried to fail my vehicle for a tinted windshield. The problem is that there was no tint on the windshield and it is the factory windshield. When i challenged her, her response was that Toyota was not manufactured in Utah and they didn’t know the Utah rules and they put in a darker windshield. She also tried to tell me that our front door windows were too dark. I went to the Utah Highway Patrol and verified that our windows were all legal. Their exact words were “The lady who completed the inspection is an idiot. What they wrote on the paper is legal!”
This was a huge pain! Stay away from this place!!!!
