“Everyone is complaining about the virtual teller. The virtual teller is fantastic. I don't have to interact with someone if I don't want to and the machine does almost anything I need for 99% of my transactions. When I need to talk to a real person they are extremely helpful. I always have access to my money and there is no waiting. Highly recommend this company.If you ever need help over the phone they are very easy to work with and quick to resolve your issue.You should ignore the complaints about the virtual teller if you are anyone who knows how to use a computer like everyone these days should.People complaining about the virtual teller need to get there head out of the past. Times are changing and this is a great change.”

However, once I let BCU know how much trouble I was having getting my account fixed they escalated it and it was resolved very quickly. They a were also able to find the root cause to why my situation went so wrong to prevent it from happening to others. Everyone was very nice throughout the process and once it was in the right hands it was resolved very quickly.”
