Found great looking, quality carpet at a very competitive price. Ed was great. He determined our needs and recommended the perfect flooring. The installers were punctual and very professional. Wendy followed up to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. Love these guys!

I was disappointed with Cost U Less flooring carpet installers. They didn't speak English, I wasn't able to communicate in an effective way. Damages included: chipped tile, gouged walls, transmissions to tile unfinished, wires severed for in-wall speakers, stair treads lumpy.The installation team lacked integrity and didn't respect my property, didn't bring to my attention the damages they caused. Cost U Less said they would come back and make it right, but the same installers are not welcome in my home anymore.Update, Alan, the store manager came out to assess, he had Cody come the following week and correct the installation problems, the painter corrected the wall and baseboards. Thanks for making things right.

We have used Cost U Less for all of our flooring needs for many years. They have always been very helpful and friendly. Thus last weekend I went there to get flooring for a project we're working on. I purchased some carpeting from Cost-U-Less about six months ago. We damaged one of the threshold boards. Travis was very helpful in selecting a replacement piece with the correct configuration. He went the extra mile without charge! Thanks much for that friendly and helpful service.

My brother had bought flooring from Ed and told us how amazing he is to work with. We drove from Brigham City to get flooring. Ed was wonderful and helped me find me exactly what I wanted. I was actually working with another flooring company, and when they didn't have a sample of the flooring I was interested in, Marci and Ed in the Draper store helped me - immensely - by pulling those samples for me to check out, even letting me take them home to see if I still liked them in our home.Without their help, we probably wouldn't have ordered the material we liked the best.Thanks Marci and Ed, we couldn't have done it without you!
