Dont buy any vehicles from this place. My friend bought a truck and after a few days his truck started to break. He kept taking it back to see what was wrong with it but they kept on telling him the truck was fine, even though his truck was breaking down. Only to find out his truck had an old catalytic on it. The old catalytic didnt match the new truck. The spark plugs were not working either. He ended up fixing it with his own money. Save yourself some headaches and dont buy from this place.

The best experience Ive had at a dealership. I usually buy from the big guys but chicos let me drive the car at my pace and do my own research. I loved my experience and will go back to them next time!

UPDATE: they lied about doing a 15 point inspection, ZERO radiator fluid, engine oil BLACK....oh and the collapsed lifter that they failed to inform me about. A week and a half of driving the check engine and traction light came on. 30k down the drain. Worst of all Chicos won't return my phone calls. Oh and this will end of being a 10k fix since it's systematic and now all the lifters must be replaced. My truck is now stuck in the shop for who knows how long and I haven't even made my first car payment on it.
I had previously written an excellent review for this place. I guess their smooth talking and boujee facade got to me. Call back the customer you screwed over, Chicos and make this right!
SECOND UPDATE: they told me they wouldn't do anything for me due to my honest review and my partner calling on my behalf while working out of town. Instead of rectifying the situation and gaining a more positive review, now they've gained an even more detailed dissatisfaction.
MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT, ROD. You sold me a vehicle under false pretenses that it was in fact serviced. It clearly and with ample proof from the auto shop it's still at was NOT SERVICED.
