So Chase closed out a dormant bisiness account without our knowledge we just received a letter and a cashiers check in the mail. We went in to ask why did not receive an answer aside from some vague policy response. After providing ID we asked to cash the cashiers check drawn on their bank and they refused... my husband stated he was so happy to be co Platelet done with Chased and said the Sucked! A week later a Hyatt credit card that was tied to Chase had the credit limit reduced by $7k. We didn't initially realize this card was a Chase card until we called on a declined charge. They stated we had high balances which is an outright lie because we pay this card off each month. This was no coincidence. We cancelled the card completely and will NEVER do business with Chase again! We had had accounts with Chase for 30 years... bye!

absolutely terrible experience. I have been calling for hours and no one answers. I even tried contacting the national headquarters and even they couldnt get a response. This branch is horrendous and I have NEVER had a postive experience. This branch makes me want to change my bank and never use Chase ever again.

This branch has steadily gone down hill. I called 3 times over a 3 hour period and they never answered the phone. I went into the branch with my teenage daughter to setup her first account and they wouldn’t help us without an appointment and my daughter was excited so we went down the block to Utah Community Credit Union and they took great care of us in the spot. Chase take notice!

Finally went to the famous chase in Draper. The legends are true. All of them. Incompetent people that treat you like a criminal and whose customer service skills are so bad, they end up Chasing customers away.Went ahead to the next Chase in South Draper. Much different atmosphere.

Every time I go to a Chase Bank the experience is awful. I tried to cash a check from my insurance company who banks with Chase. The lady treated me like I was trying to steal money. I would avoid them at all costs.

Today my husband and I went to Chase to open an account together. The second we walked in they welcomed us and were so kind. We ended up setting up our account with the banker Christopher who was so kind and patient. He taught us about the bank more than other banks in the past and also gave us really good financial tips that helps us out so much. I just feel they went above and beyond compared to any other bank my husband and I have banked at in the past.

Poor customer service. Never answer their phone. I drove in since they never answer their phone and told them they never answer their phone and they said it’s because they purposely turn the ring volume all the way down! What!?

Furious and frustrated after my experience here. I came for a single signature I needed notarized, a service that is rendered at that bank, and I not only was turned away three separate times, but they also made me wait TWO HOURS and the customer service was horrendous. Part of the reason I was turned away was a misunderstanding on the bank's part and missing documents on my part. Just as they want to ensure everything is correct, I did as well so I was fine with taking the time to make everything right and made efforts to ensure I was bringing the proper people, documents, and everything to make it official. As part of these efforts, I also had my attorney who helped draft the document to verify with Christopher Stokes (the notary) before coming in again to clear up any confusion so there wouldn't be any problem the next time I come in - yet when I arrived again today at the bank I was still turned away. The glorious rotten cherry on top is it took them TWO HOURS to tell me this as I waited in the lobby, only to find out later one of the tellers who were not busy during the time I was waiting was also a notary. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
