I brought several items to be cleaned here. Picked up my order to find that a giant stain was now on my husband’s shirt and a note saying how sorry they were they couldn’t get it out. The stain was not there when I dropped it off. I left messages and of course, no one ever returned my calls. No ownership of a mistake that was made. I am just out a fairly expensive shirt.

My family has been going here for years, which is why I started going when I moved to the area. Super convenient location! However, I brought a pair of really nice trousers here to be spot cleaned. When I picked it up the first time, I did not inspect the garment because they conveniently hang it in the back of your car when you come to pick up. when I got home, I looked at the pants and realized the spot was still there. No one said anything about not being able to get the spot out so I immediately called and spoke to a young man who said his manager was out for the holidays and wouldn’t be back till after new year. I asked him to relay a message and have her call me. No one ever called me. so after the new year, I went back and pointed out the stain. The woman I spoke to said that they probably didn’t see the spot and only pressed it so she offered to redo it for free. Great! I thought.I just went to pick up my pants and again no one said anything about if the stain were able to come out or not so I asked them before putting it in the backseat if I could look at the pants and the lighting was hard to see, but the stain was still there. That’s all I could tell. The dry cleaner approached the car and told me that she was unable to get it out and that she couldn’t keep trying because it was pulling color. I could not see in the lighting but once I got home, I saw how horrible they really look. They are absolutely ruined now! So not only did they not remove my spot, but they pulled the color and created a ring around the stain. I did not ask for a refund when I was there because I didn’t see how bad it was and I figured they spent time trying to fix it. But the more I look at these pants and how awful they look, the more upset I am. They really should’ve refunded me at the least. I give two stars instead of one is because I’ve been to them many other times and it’s gone well. But when I had an important garment that was expensive and actually had a stain to be removed, they completely botched the job and did not communicate with me throughout the process. So unfortunately I’m not gonna trust him with my items anymore.

Simply the WORST repair job I’ve ever had. They ruined my suit.I work in a suit every day, and presentation is key for me. Over the years, I’ve gone to many dry cleaners and alterations specialists to address the minor tears and rips in my suits, with every dry cleaner fixing the damage and making my suit look brand new. That is, until I came here to Canyon View Cleaners.I had a small rip in my suit coat’s arm—no larger than 1/8th of an inch in size—and I took it to Canyon View, instructing them to repair the hole and dry clean my suit. The young man working the desk was very kind, and was affirmative that repairing the piece of textile would be simple and that the seamstress would make the hole look as if it never existed by fixing the fabric piece. After waiting a week, I pick up my suit and paid $10 more than I was quoted when I dropped it off. Upon arriving home, I assessed my suit to see that not only was my 1/8th inch hole not repaired as I paid for, but that the seamstress had taken the liberty to sew on a a 3 inch, lopsided patch to cover over the puny rip. The worst part is…. The patch isn’t even on my elbow (which could pass off for a fashion trend or a blazer look); it’s tacked onto the side of the sleeve. Not only does it look unprofessional, but it sticks out like a sore thumb!I am outraged to know that I just spent a large sum of money to have my suit ruined!I’m not asking for a refund, but I’d at least like some action to be taken by Canyon View Cleaners to satisfy my frustration with their failure to deliver a service, overcharging me, and the final result of a ruined suit.

I was just traveling through town. Trip delayed by vehicle repair. Did my laundry at Ken Wades laundromat. The thermometer showed 90 degrees in the laundromat. The air conditioning barely came on. Also the dry cleaners section of this facility was at 105 degrees. Ken Wade, the owner, ought to be ashamed of himself for this intolerable level of heat at his laundromat/ dry cleaners. I am writing this to alert others of his terrible customer treatment and hope that others will read this and stop patronizing this business that obviously puts his pocket book profits over people.

Horrible customer service and quality work.I took my two suede jackets here 05/2019. They said the followed the care instructions and the jackets were ruined. $600 worth of clothing. I stopped by and called in numerous times and they said they would try and fix the jackets and re-oil them. Come to find out they never tried to do this. After going back and forth for a YEAR I finally said just to write me a note that I will take to Nordstrom to see if they will take them back. Ridiculous.I had been in there numerous times and called numerous times asking for an update and to speak with the manager and each time they told me they were getting oil to fix the jackets. Never heard from the manager. Not once. When I picked up the jackets she was in the back and didn’t come out to speak with me. Horrible horrible. We had been very accommodating with the continued stories for a year. The problem should have been dealt with when it occurred. I would have liked them to take responsibility and pay for the jackets.
