Underpaid “under-qualified” employees running your tests without supervision! (Approved an employee without the correct college credits to run and test THOUSANDS of COVID samples, and THEN told them they weren’t qualified and moved them to another part of the lab before an inspection!) Everything was good the first week we started with them now that we’ve detected covid in our building we’ve been told they are no longer sending us supplies or doing business with us. I’ve never in my entire healthcare career seen that from a lab! Unprofessional and negligent
