I am extremely satisfied with my AV upgrade. AVI is transparent and up front in how it conducts business with no hidden surprises. They designed a great solution with quality equipment and an efficient install in a timely manner. Jim was spot on with recommendations and Kevin is a top-notch knowledgeable installation tech who has excellent soft skills. Without hesitation, I will recommend to all.

We purchased our home without knowing the previous buyers bought a media package that included a fully home security system from AVI. We brought our own security system from our previous home and they were able to accommodate for us since we already had a security system. Kevin was our technician he was vary prompt and showed urgency for alil of our needs! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

I had a very extensive smarthome system installed in my new house 5 years ago. I’ve spent those 5 years trying and failing to get the original installers to get everything up and running. I finally had enough and asked AVI for help. The technician Kevin fixed my entire system in 3 hours and only charged me for the labor. I changed my Control4 service provider to AVI and for the first time in 5 years I’m actually happy with my smarthome. 5 stars, highly recommend.

Our technician Kevin was outstanding. His follow up was both professional and timely. Even though it took us a minute to figure out the receiver problem Kevin stood with us until he was able to engineer the appropriate solution. Great customer service.

We just built a new home in Tooele County. Their services are excellent. Our technician is Kevin and he helped us out a lot. Explained everything in great detail for one to understand their product. I have two Control 4 systems in my home. Recently I've had some issues with the systems and was having a very difficult time finding someone who could help. In a Google search I found AV Systems of Draper, Utah.I immediately called them and was advised by a cheerful employee to speak with their tech, Kevin. I was able to reach Kevin on my first try. He pulled up my account, accurately diagnosed what was wrong and gave me specific instructions on how to solve the problem. Because of Kevin's expert help I will return again and again to AV Systems. I can't recommend Kevin or AV Systems enough.

They have a great setup to experience systems you are looking for. One of the hardest things about buying home theater systems is knowing how good it will be BEFORE buying it. They make this possible which is a great reason to check it out.

Kevin helped me set up my security, lighting and sound system in my new house and showed me how everything works. He was very thorough and explained how each system worked and helped me get all the apps and log ins that I needed. I am very pleased with him and AVI systems and would highly recommend them!
