I arrived at 9:40 PM, right around the same time as another customer and the doors were locked. A female associate came over and told us they were closed. Weird considering the sign on the door and the website all say 10:00 PM. ? Don’t worry, in case anyone finds themselves in the same situation, O’Reilly’s (literally .5 down the road) stays open until their promised time. O’Reilly’s got my business tonight and will have it from now on.

Manager seemed to almost have a meltdown because my friend was speaking Spanish and I was speaking English to translate.
I've never seen someone act so upset and outwardly frustrated in the service industry.

Megan at Autozone was a tremendous help! My check engine light turned on so I drove there to check the code. Megan helped me with the code reader, then ran a battery test. She’s very knowledgeable about vehicles and offered some excellent advice. I sure appreciate her help. Autozone is a great place to go when the dashboard lights up!

Horrible employees unable to find parts or verify order was in. Sad you can get a job at a parts store and not be ASE or know anything about looking up the proper parts.

Johnny at this location is freaking awesome. He changed my battery and changed my terminal for me. I was literally on the verge of tears I was so stressed out and he reassured me that it was ok and that he would fix it! I can’t thank him enough!

Great place to get parts with amazing service! The staff here are super helpful. Just make sure you use your phone number when you purchase something, because it saved me having to find the receipt. I was able to return t items well after I had purchased them after they looked my recept up with my phone number.

I went to the draper autozone because my car had not started and and it had to be jumped so I wanted to have the battery checked and I had purchased a purge valve two weeks ago from autozone and was making alot of noise so James the counter person came out when I arrived checked the battery and got a new purge valve and put the valve in for me while I waited now that's service!!!! Thank you James and autozone this was the best service I have ever had at an auto parts store I would recommend this store to everyone I know THANKS AGAIN

Brandon is an awesome guy he helped me change my headlight bulb in the rain and he definitely went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. The guy definitely deserves a raise!
