My husband and I moved to the area in 2021 and were not optimistic about being able to buy a home in our price range. I also wanted to make sure we were working with a knowledgeable and professional realtor but had no experience or knowledge of the realtors here. My husband’s supervisor recommended his realtor, Craig with Action Team Realty, and after our first meeting I knew we were in great hands! Craig was upfront, honest, had no desire to try and over sell us, and got to work finding homes in our price range and preferred areas. We found our home in about a week and he advocated for us over the other seven families that also put in offers for the home. I still can’t believe how blessed we were to meet and work with Craig and that we can call ourselves homeowners! Craig is the only realtor you need in the Salt Lake Valley, he is the best!

Craig and his team were absolutely amazing at every single point of our home buying experience. We never felt pressured to look at homes out our price range and everyone was so patient and extremely knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. Craig and his team did an amazing job taking care of a property for us while we lived on the other side of the country for five years. Over priced, inconsiderate, and their move out procedures are redundant as all get out.They have very specific vendors that you must use, carpet cleaning must be done by Clean Green Carpet Cleaning LLC and airduct cleaning has to be done by Air Blue Duct Cleaning LLC, which was perfectly fine initially.What's hilarious though is their carpet cleaners also clean airducts, and the lady I spoke with said they could even do them both during the same visit, so naturally I just booked both the carpet and airduct cleaning together, because that makes sense.THANKFULLY Action Team Realty has some contract with Air Blue Duct Cleaning LLC, so I HAVE TO HAVE 2 SEPERATE APPOINTMENTS FROM 2 SEPERATE COMPAINES TO DO SOMETHING THAT ONLY SHOULD'VE TAKEN ONE.This company is not worth interreacting with.UpdatedI love getting texts from office staff mentioning this review, switching up their tone, and hoping I'd "reconsider" my review
