I was in and out quickly. Two employees helped me, a man and a woman working at 10AM March 7. They were amazing. Great customer service! Made me feel happy and welcome. Super helpful. Thanks guys!! 😊

Walked in 6:50 PM , refused to help me because they are closing at 7 PM however the website shows closing hours is 8 PM . Never going back there , their customer service is terrible and staff is so unprofessional, don’t ask about the price !! Is 50% higher than any other hardware store.

Dang. Needed a plumbing fitting. There had to have been one in the store. Cashier was a nice young lady but has no idea what she's talking about. Called on the overhead for assistance multiple times 10 minutes later I give up go to the big box or just have Amazon on drop it on my front porch

Carry A/C capacitors that usually only supply houses have where you need to carry a contractors account. I have those, but still on a Sunday, I was able to get my A/C fixed! Drove from Spanish Fork to do it. It's still cheaper than calling an AC guy. All stores need to do this.

Useless and rude employees. Went this store to buy a service for a Stihl trimmer. Was told by the employee that they don’t sell service kits or spark plugs for Stihl products. The Ace Hardware website showed that this store had 7 service kits in stock. I was even able to provide the store SKU, as well as the manufacturing number to the employee. But he was still not able to find them or look them up at all. Totally useless.
