Fees, Fees, Fees, my fees pay fees. This bank will move you purchase around to get as many fees from you as they can.No matter who you talk to no one can credit any of them back.So if you a hard working regular person go to a credit union where you are a real person and their staff is empowered to help.It is time to stop feeding greedy share holders

I went to get euros and was greeted with the worst customer service. The teller was incredibly rude, rolled her eyes at me and as she went to the back to get the euros she said to the other teller “just go to your own bank”. I was incredibly disappointed with the entire interaction.

My wife and I have been customers of Zions Bank for almost 25 years now. Starting from when they had a small office in the Cottonwood Heights Smith's grocery store, we have known 3 different managers, and they have all been wonderful. We have a variety of business and personal accounts, and our banking can be somewhat complicated, but they have always helped us with all our needs. They have really gone the extra mile for us with such diverse things as mortgage refinancing and wiring funds internationally. Zion's is by far the best bank we've ever worked with.

I've been banking with Zions for over 20 yrs. it's been my first bank and I've remained loyal to them, with the exception of a few car loans in the past with my credit union. I'll say this location is super inconvenient getting in and out of and this branch manager is pretty unfriendly. My experience with him today wasn't the best and he didn't seem to care one bit. This location is close to my office but I'll choose not to do my business at this branch and I'm considering no longer banking with Zions. I've defended Zions bank in the past amongst friends and peers, but after today I get their concerns and now have similar opinions as theirs.

Zions Bank does not update their website to indicate what times their actual operating hours are. They are closed saturdays during COVID times. Their website shows they are open. I have called the customer service to have the website updated. They either say they will update it or that it is out of their control. Zions obviously doesn't want to improve their processes or value a customer's input. I may take my finances elsewhere.

I needed a cashiers check first thing this morning and I received prompt and accurate service from one of the tellers in the drive-up line. I was thrilled with how fast the process was, I highly recommend!

I have always had an incredible experience from those who work at this branch. I have been helped respectfully and had my questions answered whenever I was in doubt. Then again, I'm not as hypersensitive or entitled as some folks who may have posted negative reviews that live in this high income area. Thank you Zion's Bank employees and management for your welcoming hospitality, clarification, and acceptional customer service.

All right, so a few things here and I'll make sure to explain this very clearly and directed towards our Zions banks "higher ups"... Especially one I've met in person, a middle aged man named Colby. He used to have a different position but I recently heard he got a promotion... for reasons I do not know why. Out of the three or four people who previously had his job... he is by far the least experienced and educated. Curious as to why all of our bankers are being so quick with us lately, and just trying to get the biggest buck from us VS. what might actually help us financially. This is why we have our financial bankers, personal bankers, executive bankers, commercial bankers.... to put our money in hands we trust. Seems like the SAME OLD SCHEME Wells Fargo capitalized on years back. And employees ACTUALLY RELEASED A NEW VIDEO on Netflix called Dirty money. Talking about how their bosses are forcing them to make people sign up for accounts or sign up for a new mortgage they don't need... blah blah blah. For this being a Utah centralized company and for handing over millions of dollars to you in good faith you're my safety net to secure that I have money in there. Right? Not to get me to sign up for things so I'm all of a sudden negative in all of my accounts. So another curious thing.... should OUR ZIONS bankers be scared of losing their jobs because they aren't meeting these quotas? It's all a bunch of s*** if you ask me, I'm building relationships with these people who are in charge of my portfolio... we don't want the turnover to be flipped every few months. Why would I want EVEN MORE people to know how much money I have? Personally, I feel threatened and I'm considering following my bankers wherever they go... at least then I have a sense of security in that person vs. rich a** executives who are just gaining on all of these things... Here's a really rough and tough example... Wells Fargo "Top Dog" was forced to designate from his position, and also is never allowed to work for a bank ever again. PEOPLE, please watch NETFLIX DIRTY MONEY. ITS ABOUT THAT WELLS FARGO AND OTHER BANKS THAT WERE APART OF ALL IF THESE SCHEMES. ETC.

Recently went in to exchange some Euros. Tellers are not qualified to change money and managers not willing to assist. Seems customer service needs help.

The service was outstanding. I didn't have to wait in any lines. The worker was so kind about talking to me about the new paperless system. And they had yummy little suckers for each customer!
