Ver poorly managed store, pharmacy never has the prescriptions ready, doesn’t know how systems work so pricing is also not correct. Photo center also doesn’t meet their own deadlines. Be prepared to come back multiple times.

This place should be shut down as a hazard to your wellbeing. Under good circumstances it takes days to get a refill and when there are problems it is near impossible to talk with anyone. Their level of concern when you need a prescription urgently is zero. I’m moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Terrible service in the pharmacy. I scheduled a Covid test appointment via their website and then when I showed up it turns out they don’t do those anymore. So why even offer it?

Every Time I need medication at this pharmacy they are always out and they are always very rude. They also have a problem with my insurance and they have used it multiple times in the past but then they say that they couldn't start my prescriptions because of my insurance. They need a better pharmacist and manager who is nice and can train their employees to be nice as well.

Horrible, I've been in pain because they want to take their time with everything. I went in 3 days ago to refill a prescription and they didn't even begin to process it. I called my doctor and they confirmed this. Very rude manager as well. When simply asked how long it might be BECAUSE IM IM PAIN, he said "well we're one of the highest volume stores in the state, so you'll have to wait like everyone else" and just victimizing himself because I asked a simple question. They're not high volume, they just suck. Please go anywhere else. Hope google comes out with 0 stars.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Go to ANY other pharmacy I have never had a good experience here. Never enough people working, slow, don’t have anything in stock, and no concept of customer service. Pick a different Walgreens if you have to go there.

Drive up window if always closed. I can’t go inside and stand in the 20-30 minute long line. If you are in pain and can not stand for long periods go somewhere else. If don’t want to get Covid,the flu or anything else contagious… go elsewhere. Who wants to stand with sick people coughing and blowing noses?? This is why sick people go to a drive up pharmacy. Close pharmacy window and keep drive up open if you are understaffed.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been too! I am a nurse and cannot believe the horrible customer service, and incompetence of the staff here. Now they are temporarily closed? So how do we get our medications!!!! Horrible.
