Mike was pretty rude when speaking to my partner and I. To be fair we were violating the rules, but didn't know we weren't allowed to work on our dirtbike in our unit. I know it's not stor-n-locks problem, but we live in a small apartment and don't have anywhere to fix our bike.
I think in the future it would be helpful to kindly educate us, and be solution focused. For example "Hey folks, I don't know if you're aware of this rule, but this isn't allowed for this reason. Can you finish up what you're doing and avoid doing this in the future."

Absolutely an awesome place to have storage. The on-site manager was absolutely helpful and wonderful. Would recommend them to anybody.

The staff Michael and Sharon were outstanding. Walked us through the process or renting and getting insurance on our unit. The storage unit was extremely clean and ready for us to move our things in. Would I recommend them? Oh yes!
