Last Saturday my grandma and I stopped in looking for some walking shoes and the sweetest girl named Katherine helped us out in both english and spanish which was beyond helpful! As someone who normally has to translate for my grandma whenever we go shopping it was so nice to have a worker be able to help us in spanish for a change!

First time to this store looking for new shoes for my 4 year old. Scored a home run with the awesome sell—2 pairs of shoes for $50. Will & Jordan were super friendly and very helpful! We’ll definitely be back.

I am a fan of Skechers shoes..and I always shop when traveling and in the right place..pay attention, the prices are not the same in all stores..especially this store is the most expensive.

After driving around to find a particular shoe, I finally found what I needed at the Cottonwood Utah store after being referred by another store. Jordan and Dodie were very helpful and sweet. Thumbs up to them!?

Needed some new skechers and found this place. Staff were friendly and helpful and we bought 3 pairs of shoes. Prices were discounted too.

When I entered the store, the clerk that was working was doing something inside of the popcorn machine. Without even looking up at me he said welcome to Skechers and continued messing with the popcorn. I was the only customer in the building and spent an unsuccessful 15 minutes walking around trying to find work boots in my size. I walked to the front where the clerk was still working inside of the popcorn machine. As I got up to the counter the clerk, again without even looking up at me, told me to have a good day. So I just left.

Found what we were looking for. Had all the sizes we needed. Wish they had the little floor mats for kids sizes to make it easier but we managed. Cashier was friendly.

I was very disappointed in the service I received at the Fort Union store. There were 5 employees walking around the store. I was not greeted when I came in, and I felt I had to beg just to get help finding what I needed. I am used to entering a shoe establishment, being greeted, and having a salesperson aid me in finding what I am looking for. I would have understood if the store was busy, but the employees seemed more concerned with talking to each other than paying attention to the customers.
