“Scott is da man! He spent about 25 minutes explaining every shoe to our son. He retrieved several pairs of shoes and never once gave us any attitude. We didn't end up buying anything and still were treated accordingly. The store is in a cool location as well. They also offer a foot scan to help place you in the right shoe. New Balance isn't my jam but the way this place operates definitely is!”

I started going to Fashion Place mall because of Freebirds and now I can't imagine not going. The staff is amazing! Kiley and Allie are wonderful, as are the rest of the gals! They treat you like family. I've bought more shoes there than I care to admit and I love them all! I feel so lucky that we have two stores in Utah! “Oh, this store helped me so much! I was looking for an older model of a HOKA trail shoe. Looked everywhere online. This store had two pairs..they were so kind to transfer them down to their Draper store for me! They not only did that, but gave me a generous discount for buying both pairs! Who does this these days...?I highly, highly recommend this shoe store! Amazing service..that I'd never get in Park City.”
“Very clean and organized.Easy to find items, good prices, for Nordstrom. We are not used to their prices, so a bit of a culture shock for us.A lot of shoes in "Clearance" section that shouldn't be, extremely frustrating. We asked about it, they didn't seem to care and defended it as 'not supposed to be there' with no investigation... sticker is the only thing that matters, even if there is 4+ same style in Clearance section.Check out was quick, employees friendly.Recommend with limited expectations.”

McKayla was an absolute gem, my sister saying she was her favorite out of all the workers at the various bridal shops she went to. “My daughter LOVES her Vans shoes! So much so that she wouldn't let me get her new ones. I finally convinced her, and you can see the difference! These shoes have held up for a LONG time, through lots of abuse. The staff were very helpful and found us exactly what we needed. We walked out with two new pairs of the same shoes so she can love them and still look good for a long time.”

“Recently had surgery on my foot and looking for my first pair of shoes after I healed. I needed some good sturdy soles that didn't bend/flex a lot. I asked a girl working there if she could point me in the direction of those types of shoes and she tried but wasn't to knowledgeable of the products. So my suggestion is to start educating your employees to better understand the products they are selling and not just be there to restock and run the register.

As someone who normally has to translate for my grandma whenever we go shopping it was so nice to have a worker be able to help us in spanish for a change!”
