“I had an unpleasant noise coming from my engine’s area, so I needed to see what was going on. Last week, I went to Point S and they had my car for 9 hours and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it…and tried to charge me triple digits for a “deep inspection.” Needless to say, I did not use them nor will I ever go back. This time, I googled my area’s auto shops and found that Action Auto had great reviews. Everyone I talked to there was so friendly and helpful, and they figured out the problem extremely fast, and they clearly communicated my options with me.I ultimately decided that I’m due for a new car and am not wanting to put anymore money into my beater.They didn’t charge me anything for the inspection and diagnosis. “My wife is out in Utah visiting family and the plastic undercarriage on our Toyota Camry snapped and was hanging. She went to Toyota auto body and paint and had a horrible experience. She was treated poorly and told she would have to wait two to three weeks and they could draft an estimate ( for a few clips to snap it back up) she called me distraught, within minutes I called GT and had her on the way there. GT was extremely kind sympathetic and had the car up within minutes of arrival. Not even 5 minutes later we had new clips and the undercarriage was secure! GT is fast reliable and honest. Will be our go to when in state and family that lives close have been recommended here! Great job”

“They were so honest about what was going on with my Bronco. They told me it was as just a fuse and fixed it. I was told by another mechanic it would be 600.00 to fix my truck. Not with Certified Automotive! They fixed my fuse did a diagnostic, gave me a list of things they recommend I do to my truck and I am planning on doing all them with Certified Automotive. I am a woman and I appreciate honesty and hard work they provide both with great customer service and a smile! I highly recommend them!”
“As far as mechanics go, you couldn't ask for more. Except maybe that they serviced non Subarus too. We took our 2006 Subaru Impreza Outback here for 3 years until our Subaru was deemed totaled in a wreck and we've had to move on to another mechanic. I can't recommend Clarks enough though. They took great care of our car. They never did anything without consulting us and they always made sure this car was well taken care of. We will miss Clarks!Hot tip, they usually work by appointment. They are very popular and get pretty booked up. In an emergency situation, they have been known to accommodate us last minute but don't expect them to be there at midnight on a Saturday. If you can get your car there though, they do have a key drop that you can use if you let them know ahead of time.”

“Decided to try this place because of the drive-through service. I have a bunch of kids and didn’t want to find a babysitter or bring them all inside to a shop. I was able to pull my van into the bay and me and the kids stayed in the car during the service. I went in for an oil change and was done with entire thing in less than 20 minutes. Super convenient.”
“These guys were fantastic! They are fast, affordable, and super nice. They listened to the issues I was having with my car and were straight forward with me about not needing to change my filter yet. It was so refreshing! When I have gone to oil change places in the past, they have talk down to me and tried to sell me things I didn’t need because they think that since I’m a woman I wouldn’t know anything about cars. These guys were the exact opposite! They were super respectful and got me exactly what I needed.I especially appreciated how they went out of their way to show me that the oil was filled and what the filters look like. From the way they were talking to each other and their manager, I could tell they have a positive team environment and they weren’t afraid to double check each other‘s work. It’s nice to know my money is going somewhere that supports a positive work environment.I think that might even be required to double check everything they do. I was super impressed! “There was only one service tech there doing everything so they recommended that Ii go to another Grease Monkey that had a mechanic on site that could do all I needed done, but I didn't have a ride, in case I needed to leave my car there for awhile, so I left my car at the original location and had them do what they could. They were very courteous and helpful and got my car serviced as soon as they could. By the time my car was ready to go, there were a couple more techs to help out.
I'm giving a 4 star rating only because there was only one service person there. The service and the tech get 5 stars.”

“I really like the customer service at this place. Today I was fuming and on the verge of losing it, because I thought a tire patch only takes 15 mins (turns out if you do it right with letting the glue dry, it takes more like 30-60 mins) and I had to get back to work. They were all super nice and patient with me even though I regretfully entered sassy mode. I work in a high conflict job and it just sucks when people are coming at you like that all day, so I’m really impressed by their patience and not exacerbating my stress. However, everyone was super kind, especially Michael who let me vent about my poor planning skills of the day. One gentleman explained the process to me and said they would have hooked me up with a spare if they knew I was in a hurry. Now I know what to expect next time and feel reassured that they’re looking out for their customers!”

I've had times when I think something is broken and they'll contact me and say the issue is something far less intrusive, or tell me to wait until X before I get it done. They supply pictures of their recommended services so I don't have to take their word for it. It's a win when you can find a shop with integrity.”
