Very good and washes the cars very well.. But the vacuum cleaners have almost no power and they need to give cloths to dry the car. Thank you

Do not come here if you are expecting it to be like other locations-they will not let you know that there are no towels or vacuums – but they will offer to charge you an additional $15 if you want their staff to do that for you. The soap leaves really bad streaks on my car and the dryers are OK but not great. This forces you into upgrading to the towel dry option. At $26 for the base wash I can’t even imagine adding $15. I also tipped $5 but I’m not sure why? Do better. Your poor staff looks foolish when they aren’t given a better script behind the why.

I got the Titanium carwash inside and out ($46) was super disappointed. If they vacuumed they did a terrible job! (see pictures). Nothing was wiped down. If you love your car or truck do not take it to these guys!

Very friendly staff! I had lots of bugs on the front bumper and they even let me go through one more time. They were even willing to have their interior cleaners try to get it off if it didn’t come off. Who does that these days! Will definitely come back!

We prefer here over quick quack and take 5 as they both seriously lack customer service, but this location badly needs to address its potholes as you come out of the wash. Also, the dryer brush has not come down the last 3 times we've come.

I didn't think it was a good service for people who have memberships, you don't have a vacuum cleaner or a parking space to clean.

This car washes poor customer service paid for a car wash. They washed and vacuum my car in about 10 minutes did not clean my car that well think twice before you go there

I appreciate how pretty and clean my car always looks. I use the monthly service so running through the car wash is economical and easy.

Had used this location & Foothill location for over a year and a half with good service.
Last Friday, one of the washing brushes broke the 2 front brackets on my Thule Motion Alpine Roof Box. Mr Wash Did Nothing!!
Pointed out to manager that I had asked if the box was ok to go thru at both locations & staff had said it was fine, but he pointed out there was a sign about non-factory parts not being covered. Very weak argument…
Needless to say I will never support this business.

Not awesome. Barely wiped the inside of the car and no vacuum even though I paid for interior cleaning.

NO VACUUMS!!
This location has no vacuums, only a service you have to pay $16 dollars for to have them clean the inside of your car. Apparently having the top membership doesn’t give you access to this or even a discount.

Had used this location & Foothill location for over a year and a half with good service. Two Fridays ago, one of the washing brushes broke the 2 front brackets on my Thule Motion Alpine Roof Box. Manager took pics & I received an email within an hour with report indicating I would hear bac within 72 hours. Never heard back. Called twice & finally reached same manager who said they would do nothing as there was a sign saying the carwash is not responsible for damage to non-factory parts. I pointed out to manager that I had asked if the box was ok to go thru at both locations & staff had said it was fine, but he pointed out there was a sign about non-factory parts not being covered. Called corporate customer service & got same runaround. Very weak argument they presented. Terrible customer service!

I got a huge crack in my windshield beginning of February after going to this location. I immediately went into the detailing bay to speak to a manager, take photos, and come to a resolution. I spoke to someone who told me that I would be contacted by a manager within 24-48 hours. I did not hear back for DAYS - and only was told to come back for more photos to be taken. It is posted NO WHERE that you should not go into the car wash "if you have a possibility of a rock chip" as I was told because "the heat and pressure of the water when it is cold" is what they assume caused the nearly 1 foot long crack. So, no one should go through at all during the winter if that is a possibility! I was told again I would be contacted by the manager Eduardo, who told me that he would be reaching out to his regional manager. When I asked since I have been a loyal customer for years to assist in the deductible I was told no. This is where I immediately stated I wanted to terminate my membership - to only be CHARGED again a week later. I have since emailed multiple times, gone into the location, was reassured I would be refunded as it would be looked into, and have it in WRITING, to now be ignored. Totally unprofessional!!!
