Every time I call, I get great customer service. The people are nice and very patient. I can vent....They appreciate that I don't yell or call them names. It pays to be nice to the people who take care of you and this company excels at taking care of their people. Thank you so much JQ medical for being my one stop shop for my supplies. I've never talked to or dealt with anyone I don't like. You definitely catch more flies with honey than vinegar and I get the best service by being nice. It's a 2 way street and this company gets this thought process. Be nice to them and you get the highest quality service I have ever experienced.

I absolutely love JQ Medical! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO! They have always been the best and they are always on top of everything! Having diabetes sucks but when you deal with people who care, it makes living with type one diabetes so much easier! Love you guys!

JQ Medical has the best customer service I’ve ever come across. They send us our diabetic supplies and they are so fast and so helpful. I never have any wait time and our supplies come so quickly. I would recommend them to every single person I know. Such a great company. All of our staff are so friendly and so helpful.

I appreciated how quickly JQ Medical responded to my doctors request. They called the day after my appointment and were very helpful in answering all my questions. I was grateful that the young man who assisted me spoke clearly. There was no background noise on his side of the call, and he didn't have a heavy accent. I have a gard time on the phone, so these things made the call just that much easier for me! Thank you!

Life can be hard on us all. last year was one of my hardest years. I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. Fortunately it had not spread beyond my bladder. Unfortunately I lost my bladder. I now need Urostomy supplies every month. I was using a different pharmacy. I won’t say their name. It wasn’t the best experience for someone struggling. Due to being layed off of work and so needing to be on Medicaid. JQ medical was the only willing provider to accept Medicaid. The staff have been so kind. Helping me work through all the hard things I’ve had to work through. I’m so truly grateful. ??

JQ medical has been my go to for diabetic supplies for the last decade and they have been awesome. They just changed ownership and their ordering processes in 2023 and there were a few hiccups that did test my patience. But they were great to listen to my feedback and made improvements addressing the challenges. Now we're back ok n track and they have a nice new webpage where I can login and check the status of my orders.Thanks JQ

JQ Medical has been so helpful to me regarding my diabetes supplies and insulin pump through Medtronic. I'm so grateful to have their support and reminders. They deliver right to my door. Everyone I've worked with there had been so helpful and kind. I highly recommend them.

My brother with T1D has been standing outside of this place since the time they were supposed to open. He owns a business and is losing money every minute this incompetent staff is taking to open.... during business hours. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be resolved. I will update this post with the total wait time that it takes for him to get the medical supplies he needs to continue living.Update: it has been 1.5 hours. The incompetent staff has finally opened but are telling us that my brother's doctor needs to print out the order, physically sign it, and email it to him. The prescription is digitally signed..... this is beyond insanity.Last update: My brother ended up paying $650.00 out of pocket. DO NOT COME HERE.

They just have all the modern conveniences for diabetic supplies: automatic reorder, delivery to your door, getting pre-authorization for you, working with your insurance, customizable notifications/reminders, convenient online customer portal, talking with a real (knowledgeable) person, etc.This is a smaller company where you can literally have a direct line for texting/calling a person at JQ whose name you have saved in your phone. I've never had a problem with customer service, but I only ever need help when I'm changing what I order. There have been no problems with orders/supplies to date.Most of the negative reviews here about customer service seem to be from *angry* people...?♂️Note: this review is for mail-order supplies only. I've never been to the physical store location.

We have two type 1 diabetics in our family. We have dealt with many different companies over the years for medications and diabetes supplies. JQ Medical has been a breath of fresh air and a welcome support with this difficult chronic illness. With the stress and unpredictability of diabetes, it is just that much harder when you are fighting suppliers to have your literal lifeline sent to you. JQ is easy to work with, always reliable, friendly, and above all helpful and caring. Any problem or issue I have ever encountered with insurance or the company itself has been promptly and efficiently resolved with the care and concern you would give your own family. Thank you JQ Medical for being part of our family in our diabetes journey!

Got an appointment so I didn't have to wait.They took really good care of me. All new equipment. Friendly staff wished me well on my upcoming surgery. I live in Cottonwood Heights and JQ was my first choice because I like to patronize local establishment. Thanks guys!

I bought some disposable underwear from this place and 15 minutes later I realized I had bought the wrong size. I called immediately and asked if I could just exchange them for the correct size. Nope, I could not exchange them! I asked to speak with the manager, and they said he would call me back. Well He never called me back. I did not open the package nor did I pay thru medicare which is why they said I could not return or exchange them. Don't shop there. They could have at least had the courtesy to call me back. I have shopped there before, but will never again.

JQ is fantastic! My interactions with them have been warm and productive. They’ve helped me out of some sticky situations going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. The app does not work, sadly, but other than that my experience has been great!

I had a billing issue with JQ medical that was was challenging to solve. The local billing (utah?) individual lacked follow through which only made the situation worse. I asked that the issue be raised up the chain and almost immediately the issue was handled.The speed and accuracy of the orders has always been impressive and the specific issues I was having was addressed. They are implementing new technologies and the core value of the company, the reason it was originally started, is to be one which puts the customer first.
