Everything about Jonathan's Jewelry is fantastic! The entire staff is very kind, thoughtful and helpful. They're always very patient as we go from case to case looking at different pieces. Every time in the store they offer to check and clean my wife's jewelry.In our most recent experience, Michelle went above and beyond to help my daughter and me with the perfect bracelet for Mother's Day. Michelle was incredibly responsive to my text messages, sending me pictures and specs for the bracelet, and holding it for us until we could make it into the store.When I need jewelry, Jonathan's is where I'm going, and Michelle is who I'm asking for!

My wife recently passed away in the last few weeks, and during this difficult time, I reached out to Jonathan's dealers. Unfortunately, I misunderstood the relationship with a rival company that has since gone out of business. However, I had a conversation with the owner of the shop and explained my situation. I had been trying to get them to repair an earring that had sentimental value to me.The owner kindly explained that their current focus is on addressing their old clients, but the gentleman I spoke to through text messaging showed great compassion. He assured me that they would honor the credit and fix the ring that I was trying to have made into a earing. I deeply appreciate the understanding and kindness shown by this jeweler.I want to share with you that this jeweler is truly exceptional. Their collection of jewelry is remarkable, and I highly recommend visiting their shop to see it for yourself. Their commitment to compassion and quality craftsmanship is evident, and I believe they deserve our support.

My wedding ring broke and I really was afraid it could not be repaired. It had some very intricate carved gold work in the middle that had broken into 2 pieces. I discovered Jonathan‘s Jewelry practically in my backyard In Cottonwood Heights and never knew they were there before. I met with Josh who is a very charming and talented Goldsmith from England. He was able to very quickly make the delicate repairs and bring back the luster of my wedding ring as though it were brand new. He made one unnoticeable structural change that will prevent it from breaking in the future. My husband and I are both delighted with the result. And remember, the break was so bad, I assumed it could not be repaired and I would have to buy a new one. The cost of the repair was extremely reasonable. One might even say negligible compared to the cost of replacement. Josh is also sizing a couple of other rings for me and was happy to do some research on an old family ring from the late 1800s about which little is known. He has determined so so far from the hallmarks that it is from Scotland. He is doing further research so that I might be able to figure out who in the family owned it. It most likely came across the plains. I can highly recommend Brian the owner, Vic, Carrie, Josh, and Mike as exemplary local jewelers. Thank you all so much for your wonderful service.

My wife had some rings repaired and resized. The jewelers were very knowledgeable and professional. They shared great suggestions and ideas so much so that we had them design a beautiful pendant for our daughter in law with the birthstones of our grandchildren. Josh created the piece which was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Josh was remarkable and provided suggestions and ideas on how the piece could be made, suggested materials and designed a breathe taking piece.We highly recommend Josh and the entire jewelry team at Jonathan’s.Excellent service, trustworthy and experts in their field. Plus they are just friendly people.
