“I won't use Scwab again. I've been a customer for 6 months, been investing whole time. Every check I deposit gets released, except this one. The one I need the most, to BUT DIAPERS AND PAY ELECTRICITY BEFORE IT GETS TURNED OFF! Why now, Schwab? Why THIS particular check?!? Oh, but I'm allowed to invest it?!? No, guys, I needed this paycheck deposited right now, and instead, I'm waiting another full week! Sorry kids, Daddy will now steal the diapers from the store!
You ALL know I am always brutally honest with my reviews! I never review out of anger or frustration. I am telling you right now, if you value your money, Schwab is unforgiving, and unhelpful with this. I asked for help to release these funds from the bank, and nobody would help me. I am leaving and never investing again until they learn how to fix it!
Until they fix this, and help me ACTUALLY get diapers for both of these darn kids with the money I've earned, I'm leaving this up for future clients. Please please please don't go here. Read the rest of my reviews: they are honest and truthful. Take your time before going to Schwab! They have yet to fix this issue!”
