Do not do business with these people! Told me my PMI would automatically drop after 2 years. They lied. Made me pay for a new appraisal which, in spite of significant improvements since purchase, conveniently came in below the number they required (their appraiser of course). Never missed a payment in over 2 years. Customer service gives different answers depending on who you speak with. Awful experience. Stay away from these people!!! There’s a reason they can afford all the nice, large buildings they operate from.

Missy is truly the best in the mortgage lending business. I started using her about 10 years ago when she was referred to me by a mutual friend. Since then, she has handled home loans for me as well as refinances. She has even taken the time to help me get things in order for myself to buy my own home since my divorce. Missy truly cares about her customers, and does her best to make sure your loan process is smooth and easy. I have referred several people to her throughout the years. She takes pride in what she does. She is professional, organized, and gets things done with the highest level of integrity. I strongly recommend working with Missy. You won’t regret your decision.

I am thankful for Mandi & Amy working hard for my husband and I to be able to get our first home! They did their best to find us the best options for our situation. We met at the end of November not even knowing if buying would be possible and we closed in the 3rd week of January!

I had the pleasure of working with Teresa Hassler Hadley in the financing of our new home. Before my wife and I were even serious about the home search, she was always responsive to any of the questions I had about buying a home. I am a first time home buyer, and Teresa had made the experience very easy to understand. We had an offer put in for a home in the last week of February and we closed on the second week of March. It went extremely smooth and we had little to no anxiety of the signing and paperwork Teresa needed from us. I would highly recommend Teresa to any person who was in the process of buying a home. Teresa is the best!!

Mandi and her team are incredible! We've worked with them 4 times now; 2 purchases and 1 refinance with my husband and one purchase for my mother. They are patient, professional, communicative and supportive during a process that is more than a little stressful.It's obvious that they enjoy what they do and care about their clients. Matthew Barrett and his team rocks! Not only did we close our loan 2 weeks earlier then expected, not only were the fees and interest rate less than America First or Quicken Loans..... I thought we were done! Intercap now sends us home value reports, calculators to show us the effect of making additional principal payments and even a few helpful real estate articles. This is my 4th home buying experience and this one has been the best! Thanks to Matt and Intercap.

As first time homebuyers using a VA loan, my husband and I's initial thought was that homebuying would be a difficult and long process especially with my husband being stationed overseas. Brandon Williams and his team over at Intercap Lending are AMAZING! If you think you are going to find better service or rates somewhere else, think again! Being a first time buyer I definitely had a lot of worry and questions about the finance end of everything. There is just some much to understand! But Brandon expertly coached me through the entire process from beginning to end. And even when things became a little complicated with my personal situation, Brandon was right there answering texts at every hour (even weekends!) and making sure I felt confident every step of the way!
