Went to this store to overnight a medication I desperately need because I literally can’t leave my work for a week, and I have a UTI that’s turning into a kidney infection. It’s Thursday today, and this FedEx Store said their overnight option couldn’t get it to me until Monday, and it would be $160!!!! May as well just give it to USPS. They’ll ship it in the same amount of time. The FedEx website says the most expensive overnight with next day delivery is $101! What a terrible place. Definitely a private owner at this location, and a terrible one at that. Why Monday??? They don’t ship packages on Friday, Saturday or Sunday? FedEx takes the weekend off? I highly doubt that.

The FedEx portion of this store does not align with FedEx corporate. I called FedEx to verify I could drop off a large package and, unfortunately, the store would not accept it.

I think most people use the shipping company out of desperation they never deliver as scheduled and always DISAPPOINT!
