Called to speak to a pharmacist. The hold line said I was in queue number 3 and expected wait time was 1 minute. After 3 minutes said I was number 2. I waited 7 minutes and then it told me to leave a message or hit zero for the operator, so I hit zero and then it just put me back in queue at number 4 with a 5 minute wait. Last time I’ll try to use this pharmacy.

I had a very disappointing experience with this compounding pharmacy. Initially, I was told that I needed to wait for the medications to come in before my prescription could be made, which I understood. However, after waiting for a week, I called to verify the status of my order and was shocked when the pharmacist told me to just order the medication from Amazon instead.
This advice left me feeling uneasy for several reasons: the source of the medication on Amazon isn't verified, and the dosage could potentially be incorrect. It's concerning that a healthcare professional would suggest sourcing a medication from a place where quality and safety can't be assured. This interaction not only came across as rude but also made me question whether I can trust this location to provide safe and reliable care.
I rely on my pharmacy for expert advice and quality service, but this experience has seriously shaken my confidence. I expected better from a compounding pharmacy that should prioritize patient safety above all else.

Good luck calling in a refill. You get to hold for several minutes before it says it is transferring you to voicemail and then it disconnects the call.

This is the best pharmacy to work with. They are super helpful and have the most affordable compounds. Anyone on their weightloss journey should have their doc use this pharmacy!

I strongly believe in supporting local businesses. I feel my experience here the staff was having a bad day. The day after my provider sent over my prescription I went in to pick it up. The cashier was very friendly and looked for my prescription but couldn't find it. She walked over to the pharmacist/owner. I couldn't hear her but I could hear him say (Note: there were customers behind me in line)
"We'll have to order (name of medication) it's not in stock... but let me check if (name of medication) yeah, it'll be in tomorrow."
The kind cashier returned to tell me it's been ordered and the pharmacy will text me when it's ready for pick up. I inquired if the pharmacy accepts GoodRx, the cashier asked. The owner/pharmacist replied again from the back counter, "No, GoodRx just takes away money from the pharmacy...but we can price match" I was so embarrassed! I didn't want everyone around me to know what medication I am on and my insurance hadn't switched over yet. I never received a text the next day the prescription was ready. I felt like a burden.
I understand healthcare is a demanding career, I have 28 years experience and respect my patients PHI & HIPAA privacy.

I started a new medication that involves a shot. The pharmacy was so kind and patient, while I asked numerous questions. They had demo shots at the counter, which made his explanation much easier to understand. I appreciate him taking time to make sure I felt comfortable with my new medication
