Brandon was great for us. He really helped us understand how much we could qualify for which gave us clear price ranges we could shoot for in buying our home. He made himself available to our questions and concerns on our schedule day or night. He was very knowledgeable about all that we needed to do financially to get our house. I can’t say enough.

Brandon is excellent to work with.He is quick in responding, explains all the numbers and is always willing to answer any question we had.He ran an initial pre approval and then was willing to run a few more numbers and options in front of us as we wanted to see how the different house prices would all breakdown.Once we got a accepted offer, he went right to work. Even though we were already on a shorten contract, Brandon and his team had me all ready to close 7 days early.I would recommend Brandon to everyone.

Brandon was given a next to impossible task of getting our loan done in 21 days. He came through like a champion and we actually closed early. Brandon was incredible to work with. I found him a bit late in the game once I already secured the house I wanted to buy but he was able to provide me an incredible mortgage rate with little to no discount points within 12 hours working with my crazy tight timeline. He was also able to secure everything I needed to get done before the closing date within days of working with him.He made me feel at ease during the entire process, saved me a ton of money and was extremely detail oriented in everything he did. He was extremely attentive and was reachable within minutes when I had additional questions. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone refinancing or buying a home (whether they are a new homeowner like myself or someone who has purchased a couple homes beforehand). Brandon actively took an interest in getting us a better loan that would save us money. I can't say enough good things about Brandon, who was referred by our realtor. When a house that we were excited about came on the market, Brandon was ready to help up out. He made himself available on a Saturday morning to ensure that we had a pre-approval in place which allowed us to make an offer almost immediately.A month later, we have closed on the home and Brandon was great to work with throughout the entire process. As a first time home buyer, Brandon took the time to answer all my "rookie" questions and was extremely responsive. If you're looking for a loan originator, look no further.
