“This review is long overdue my apologies to Bryan Ellison and the crew at West Valley. My son is a student athlete at the U and I'm located in So cal. We needed to find a local reliable and honest body shop to fix his truck. Unfortunately, a yellow parking post jumped infront of the truck in the Wallmart parking lot. Luckily fellow Ute fan recommended I reach out to Bryan, they ensured me he would get things taken care of. I emailed Bryan and he quickly replied. Long story short, Bryan and Tonya handled all the communication with our Insurance co and my son. The got the truck in quickly and repaired. The body work was outstanding, they even called to clear a little extra paint repair the truck needed. Everyone went above and beyond. Thank you very much from So Cal!!! Go Utes.”

“They do a great job and the gentleman at the counter was pleasure to work with. It's not particularly cheap, but I got my money's worth. The car looked brand new after the detail + ceramic coating. I had hard time finding spots to nit pick on. They also offer a few extra services - like re-dying interior. A car shop offered me to replace the damaged leather parts on the door and console between seats for $2K. These guys redyed the leather for $150 and it looks 99% brand new.Services: Auto detailing”

“Very disappointed. I use to be a regular member especially at Heights location. ( Full service ). Anyone can understand ( Full Service). Full means Full and they said they didn’t do the mats because it is a corporate decision unfortunately in my opinion they took away the quality over to fastness. Pay over 40 dollars to not have the mats cleaned is unacceptable.”
