I’ve had better customer service talking to a wall. Just went in there to cash a Wells Fargo check and the employee tried to deny me saying that it wasn’t a Wells Fargo check until his manager came over and corrected him. Good reminder of why I don’t bank here.

Worst service, I got there 20 minutes prior to closing and they couldn't help because they didn't have a banker available. I would think service stop at the time you close

Wow, the rudest teller in the world and only 1 at that. She was being very accusatory, and telling me she had 6 kids- I don't care but don't be accusing me about anything out of nowhere, maybe not the job for her. I sure as hell didn't feel comfortable giving her my information. Wells Fargo sure doesn't know how to hire to retain business

I love this location, always friendly, and 1/10 customer service solid 10 in everything honestly? have never had any problems in this clinton location and keeps up with all the safety procedures due to covid.???

Needed to Close 3 Savings Accounts due to a Family Emergency. One Teller told me to wait for a Customer Service Consultant when Becca came over and said she could take care of Everything because she saw I was in a hurry. Thank You Becca....you are the best...

When I tried opening an account, with good credit. They refused. Banks seem to be about making money for shareholders.

Great customer service. I personally don't bank here, but came in to pay off my auto loan which was financed through Wells Fargo dealer services. The teller was very professional and helpful.

Although my Mortgage is serviced through Wells Fargo, I'm not considered a customer. They had a chance to give a good impression when I came in to cash a Wells Fargo check. Instead, they charged me a pretty steep check cashing fee; nice to feel like a welcomed client. Yes, I'll be taking my business "to the next stage."
