Me and my friends went to this Walmart to get cute matching sweat suits. I was already wearing one I bought days before. When we checked out, the asset protection guy (Ponoe) falsely accused me of stealing the clothes I was already wearing. He got very uncomfortably close to me and was not nice in the slightest. When we said we didn't steal, he kept accusing us. Finally he went to go check cameras and left us out their, really confused, with no apology or explanation. We had to ask the cashier what to do and eventually they brought us up to the front. The ap manager finally let us leave but we got no apology or anything from the guy. It was so embarrassing and shameful to be falsely accused in public and made into a big scene when we did nothing wrong. I hope asset protection learns proper protocol for accusing someone of stealing with absolutely zero evidence. Very bad experience here :(

Says customer service is open till 11 yet no one cared about helping. They just cared about being out of there and not about their customers. no service. Horrible service.

Saturday evening and only 3 check stands open ? WOW !!! Lots of employees standing around not doing anything, and plenty of self check out stands open... Guess they want everyone to do all the work now a days. So instead of waiting in line for 30 more minutes....Guess I will leave my basket of groceries and go to Winco... At least there I will save some money and i know that I have to bag my own stuff ahead of time ?Very unacceptable...

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a vacuum in Feb 2024. It's 7/2 and I am feeling violated.
I purchased a 2year service plan when I purchased the vacuum. No where was I told anything about having to register the plan, or the vacuum, no warranty registration, nothing. So yesterday I load up my vacuum in the box it was purchased in, with my receipt in hand and go to Walmart. They said after 90 days they got nothing to do with it. So they tell me to call Allstate. So I bought vacuum insurance apparently.
So after all the links, robo chats, email verifications, password setups, authentication failures, etc, etc I have come to the conclusion that there is no 2 year service plan. There's no Allstate vacuum insurance division. I just paid more for the piece of sh1t than what I thought. Walmart is a scam and Allstate is a scam.

PJ in customer service was the absolute best. Friendly funny and just overall amazing energy. She handled everything so quick, she even got my troubled card to work on her first try! She definitely brought smile and laughter to my stressful day, thank you PJ!
