“I have been to this pharmacy a handful of times to pick up prescriptions for my husband. There is a pharmacy tech here named Melissa. Melissa is so pleasant to work with. I find this to be rare when dealing with most pharmacies. One day I was the next in line to be helped and I was observing Melissa assist an elderly gentleman. It seemed that he was having trouble getting his insurance to approve a prescription. Melissa was so patient and kind to him. I had no issue waiting for her to assist him. Multiple times she looked over at me and acknowledged that I was waiting. Today I had the pleasure of having her help me with a prescription pickup. Thank you, Melissa for starting my day off with a smile!”
