I had an appointment last Monday at the UTS23 store in Clinton, UT to have the four tires on my vehicle rotated. During the rotation service, the technician inspected the tires and noticed that two of my tires had severe impact bubbles from some past road damage and needed to be replaced. The damage was on the inside of the tires, so I never would have seen it until they burst, after it was too late. Your helpful salesperson found the replacement tires in stock and also looked up my road hazard coverage on the old tires, so I ended up paying for just the coverage renewal fees on the new tires. Despite the extra work, all of the service was still completed within the promised timeframe, and I was soon on my way. Your exceptional team not only saved me time and money but saved me from a future accident and auto damage. Thank you very much for the great customer service that I continue to receive on every visit to your store. See you guys again down the road!

Bought new tires from clinton store. When purchased I was told they would put my snow tires back on at no charge. When in today I was told no only if they were on wheels. Even though they said they would When I bought the summer tires which by the way I was told that the tires I bought for summer were great in the rain they are not imagine. So they just tell you what you want to hear while you are there to get the sale. Very sad

Great experience when I came in to purchase new tires, but when I purchased the tires I was told repairs and rotations would be free, when I came in to rotate them the store wanted to charge me for rotation and it was an absurd amount. May look into other shops!

Rachael was amazing. I brought my daughter with me and she kept her entertained. She made the experience amazing for one of my first times doing it by myself.

The gentleman who helped me was super nice and helpful. He got me in straight away and was super friendly. Rachel walked in and was confrontational with Ryan who was helping me. As he turned to walk away she made a face at him . Had I not had such good service with Ryan, I wouldn't come back. She needs to learn how to work with others , how to communicate with coworkers in front of customers, and how to be professional. Had I not had good service Ryan helping me, I'd have given zero stars. She was so rude to hin and another gentleman . She was acting like this while in front of customers . He walked away, and she rolled her eyes . This was right in front of a customer at her register. There were probably 7 of us customers in there when this happened. The way she snaps at them is insane . If she can't be professional , she shouldn't be working on the floor with customers. I was truly shocked with her behavior and how she felt it was ok to talk to her coworkers and customers.
If I come in again for tires , or rotating and balancing and she is the only person here I'll go elsewhere. You get 5 stars because of Ryan and the kind Hispanic gentleman that were in there. (So sorry I didn't catch his name) They were so kind. The Hispanic gentleman met me in the parking lot and was super friendly and super kind. The younger gentleman that gave me my car and keys back was super friendly too. He had stickers on his safety glasses and was absolutely amazing. Those three are the reason I give 5 stars.

Book an appointment online and save time. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't know there is a difference between all season and all weather tires. Also they replaced the rear windshield wiper blade (the one everyone forgets about). 5 stars! Plus Discount Tire has locations nationwide so if you're on the road and need repairs, there is likely one nearby that will help.

Love the service, and Marc and his team are great to work with! They are trying a method where I could access and purchase my tires online, (or phone and by email) and create an appointment. All I needed to do was show up on time. ?
The air check station was great, easy to access and people were there to help.
The parking lot is decent, but it can fill up quickly depending on the time of day.
They have a great lobby, restrooms, place to sit and watch, and small activities like coloring to help with kids.
It is across the street from Lowes and right next door to jiffy lube and on the other side is a car wash. Easy to pick out and pull in.

This place is awesome! Duncan the manager helped me. He thoroughly explained the options. It really helped me understand the tire wear process and benefits of each tire. This place has tremendous value! I’ll definitely be using them from here on out! They were very personable!
Another great experience! Cheyenne did a great job of educating me about how tires wear and what I needed to be mindful of to keep my family safe. She was also very friendly. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile. Thanks!

I've been going here since they opened, even though I live out of state. They also take great care of my dad, which at his age, means a lot. Great prices, and Matthew is fantastic at customer care. Awesome business!
